Perfect location and service
Pros:

Perfect location, only a few minutes walk to Suluban Beach, restaurants and bars. Clean, very comfortable. Has laundry service. Very nice, helpful staff and a perfect owner. We can highly recommend the place.

Cons:

Providing at least some instant coffee would have been good but not a big issue, there is a market on the corner anyway...

Pros:

Roller direkt am Hotel verfügbar. Schnelle und zuverlässige Kommunikation im Voraus. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war blitzsauber.

Nos sorprendió para bien la habitación
Pros:

Habitación con mucho espacio para dejar cosas. Baño super amplio, con jabones que huelen muy bien. Hotel muy íntimo, check in via booking no presencial. Si necesitas algo te envían sus contactos o les encuentras en la planta de arriba. Opción de alquilar moto en hotel.

Cons:

No posibilidad de dejar maletas si llegas antes o sales más tarde.

Nice place in the heart of Uluwatu
Pros:

Location was very convenient, the check-in process went smoothly.
Beware that Room #4 is the only one without the pool views, BUT for us personally it was a huge advantage - felt really private and secluded, even though quite dark even during daytime.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en este hotel de Bali. El trato del personal ha sido excepcional, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y hacernos sentir como en casa. Las instalaciones son estan muy bien, con habitaciones cómodas y una piscina tranquila.

La atención al detalle es notable, y el personal se ha esforzado por hacer que nuestra estancia sea perfecta. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel a cualquiera que busque una buena experiencia en Uluwatu. La ubicación es perfecta, esta muy céntrico y cerca de todo.

The location and place is really great, lovely stuff. Just the room #4 lack a bit of daylight, but it’s not like you are staying in the room a lot :)

Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre était propre et spacieuse. Les restos sont à moins de 5min de marche et la plage à 10 minutes.

Cons:

Pour le prix un frigo d’appoint serait top.

Cozy, homely stay close to the Action in Uluwatu! Easy recommend!
Pros:

1. Great location & the rooms look exactly as shown in the photos/property listing

2. Spacious and decently equipped rooms in a very quiet & cozy property

3. The team is extremely responsive on WhatsApp (Mike & Mita both) & always support requests for extra items in room & provide great suggestions for everything you need or must visit nearby! + they extended my stay by half a day at a reasonable additional charge!

4. There is a convenience store less than 100 meters away

5. The Wi-Fi speed is great if you intend to work or surf the net

6. Laundry less than 500 meters away

7. Good restaurants/shops/cafes less than a Kilometer away by walk

8. Thomas beach is super close, a 15 minutes walk & is a must visit

9. The support staff is always around on site & super friendly & helpful to guests

Cons:

1. They do not provide new bottles of mineral water every day, so that adds to cost

2. The rooms are cleaned once every 3 days, not daily (if that matters to you, did not matter to me!)

3. The room no 4 has small windows & can get a little dingy in the mid day, when less light comes in

4. No on site restaurant or kitchen if you feel lazy to go out (but all delivery apps like Grab & GoJek work in the area)

5. There maybe occasional power cuts or a little noise (they are renovating the upstairs area, had a small leak unfortunately), again not something in their control!

Honestly though, none of these points were a DEAL BREAKER for me but it is good to know before you take a decision on staying here!
