Superb
Pros:

The rental is the perfect little getaway if you are not wanting to spend a fortune on a condo. Our family stays out most days, so this was perfect for us. The property is directly across from the beach. The owners sent us some suggestions on dining that were great as well. This location is very quiet and away from all the heavy traffic.
