This is a new hotel with good staff attitude, but there is room for improvement in the facilitiies.
Pros:

The positives included the hotel's newness (as mentioned by the staff, it has only been operating for a few months), and the staff were friendly and willing to assist guests within reasonable requests

Cons:

1. Lack of air conditioning in the room, which made it feel stuffy when doors were closed. Staff explained that due to Dalat's cooler climate, air conditioning is generally not installed. They recommended keeping the door or windows open.
2. The room had many insects, including ants and mosquitoes, which entered even when windows closed. This resulted in insect bites on my child and restless sleep for the elderly, prompting us to check out early.
3. Although we booked a family room (two separate rooms), we discovered upon arrival that it was one large room with an additional smaller room inside, lacking a partition door which made it a little bit inconvenient for us, though this might suit others' preferences.
