La chambre correspondait à nos attentes de confort et description.
Découvrant au moment du checking que c'était l'anniversaire de ma compagne, le personnel a pris soin de faire monter dans notre chambre une bouteille de champagne avec un gentil mot. Nous n'en demandions pas tant, c'était une délicate intention, preuve du sérieux de l'établissement.
Merci encore pour cette belle surprise.
Le personnel du restaurant La Barbacane était aux petits soins, souriants et fort aimables. Le menu était exquis. Nous avons passé un excellent dîner. Nul doute que dès que l'occasion se présentera à l'avenir, nous réserverons à nouveau une table.

Durante mi alojamiento, se produjeron goteras en la habitación, circunstancia totalmente impropia de un establecimiento de cinco estrellas. Esta situación provocó molestias significativas, afectó nuestro descanso y generó una sensación de incomodidad e inseguridad, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el nivel de calidad y el precio que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría.
Cuando bajamos a comunicar la incidencia no había nadie en la recepción.
Considero que este incidente supone un incumplimiento de los estándares de calidad que promociona su establecimiento, por lo que solicito una explicación de lo ocurrido y una compensación acorde a las molestias ocasionadas ! Ya que al conunicarlo en recepción a la hora del chek out no nos dieron ninguna explicación ni un lo siento, solo nos preguntaron que nro de habitación era! Por lo que consideramos muy mala atención al cliente.
Confio en que gestionen esta reclamación con la seriedad que corresponde.

It’s a fantastic place in a beautiful location, with a very kind and attentive team throughout the hotel - from reception to the restaurant.
The only downside is that it’s quite complicated to move around the hotel with a stroller, as there are several stairs going down, so you often need to ask for help.
We stayed in two rooms - the Superior King Room and the Junior King Suite. The hotel is truly exceptional, with a breathtaking medieval atmosphere.
Personally, we preferred the Superior King Room more than the Junior King Suite, but that’s a personal preference.
Overall, everything was great.
The only downside was breakfast: although it was included in our stay, you are given a menu, and while scrambled eggs are included, poached eggs cost an extra 5 euros. It was the first time we experienced this. That said, the food was good quality, even if the breakfast selection was a bit limited.
