Absolutely fabulous
Pros:

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel I just have to to congratulate this hotel and the management team for an outstanding visit our family (2 adults 3 kids) has just returned from.
The hotel is simply beautiful and the location is fantastic for carcassone old town, inside the citadel. But most of all the care and attention of the service staff is second to none. We had two rooms and we had a small issue with one of the rooms which I mentioned to the reception desk. Within minutes the problem was resolved thanks to the wonderful staff.

There is nothing to not like!
