Nice room and friendly staff but poor quality food and inconvenient location
Pros:

The room was very comfortable with very good facilities, including a kitchenette and a Delonghi coffee machine. The bathroom had a bath and a shower and everything was clean and checked daily. The reception staff were helpful with directions and generally friendly.

Cons:

Staring with the things that the hotel could change:
The "very good breakfast" advertised in the app was poor - much of the hot food was cold even at the earliest serving (cooked vegetables served cold from the fridge, the coffee machine was refilled with cold coffee; yes, this really happened); yet some of the yoghurts weren't refrigerated; the food was mediocre; some of the kitchen staff were lounging in the eating area while the empty food buffet wasn't being replenished. Easily the worst breakfast service I've seen in years.
The sauna never seemed to be open; I was incorrectly informed that it was available 24/7 but when I visited in the basement of the hotel the lights were all out - both in the morning and the evening.
The hot water running out late in the evening was inconvenient - happened more than once.
Finally, the location is (as mentioned in other reviews) about 7km out of the centre, which on average means a taxi ride of about 30 minutes. The area has some restaurants but is nothing of interest - just a residential area that was not worth walking around - and the AQI was terrible every day we were there so walking for more than 10 minutes gave us breathing issues. Also, the prices in the local restaurants did not reflect the food quality in terms of value for money.

Nice place, but not close to the center.
Pros:

It’s on a very quiet spot. Deco is interesting.

Cons:

I didn’t realised that the even though it isn’t far in kms the traffic is a killer, so it took us 30 to 40 minutes to the centre and back each way.

Really nice people, really beautiful hotel, just wish I had some sunlight

Cons:

There is no window, even if it says courtyard view it’s not actually a courtyard. It’s a super dark room so being there 5 days without any natural sunlight was a little sad

Pros:

I really like the hotel’s design, and the bed is very comfortable. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, the neighborhood has everything we need. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is quiet and comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Hanoi.

Cons:

It’s a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. There was a noticeable moldy smell, and mold could be seen in several corners of the bathroom. It would be much better if anti-mold cleaner were used regularly. Also, the room includes a small kitchenette, but it is not usable, which is a bit disappointing.
