Unfortunately everything was bad

Cons:

No clean towels,smelled like cigarettes as you walked in. Hair on bed, in tub. Pillows smell dirty and filthy like sweat. Panel on A/C unit was broken couldn't close it. When went to get towels at front desk was told we need to take our own. Tub smell like pee. Won't be going back.

West the best but wasn't the worst

Cons:

Staff asking a few hours before check out if we were leaving, and trying to charge me more for my 15yr old thinking she was older also I put I reserved it to pay at facility and they took payment out way before arrival

Cons:

This stay was just the worst I have ever had with booking.com. No customer service, room was dirty, lock on door was broken, said it king size bed but was a full. Lock out of my room and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to front desk. I tried calling, yelling and no one would answer. They feel that I do not deserve a refund and I only stayed one out of my four nights.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was dirty, no room service not even. Fresh towels was told had to bring the down and exchange. Was ok just would have like to know when I booked
