You get what you pay for essentially.
Pros:

Room was fairly clean, bed comfortable and clean, cigarette smoke smell from the lobby didn't really carry in the room which was nice.

Cons:

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke pretty bad, especially as we got into the elevator. The air conditioning was not working.

I left my pillow in the room and instead of putting it up for a day then throwing it away they threw my expensive pillow away!

Pros:

This facility is very affordable, easy to access off of I-35, with friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. The kitchen area is perfect. All necessities are provided except hair dryers but I believe they are available upon request. They have an iron and board on the wall for your convenience. I am committed to staying there for future stays and love their friendly, courteous staff!
