Best Budget hotel in Playa by far
Pros:

Rooftop pool and sun deck was a pleasant surprise

Cons:

It felt really safe, however the week before i stayed there had been a robbery where some lads rushed in and tied a chain around the newly installed CASH MACHINE and fled!!
There was a police patrol vehicle stationed outside the hotel for my entire stay and beyond

El servicio de los de recepción hice una reservacion por bocking y no revisaron mi reserva y no la marcaron como que haya asistido y ahora me cobraran de nuevo es algo frustrante ya que llame para aclarar y el de recepción se porto grocero aun que le explique cual era mi problema es pésimo recepción.

Tiene muy buena ubicacion, todo queda cerca, esta a lado de la avenida 30 que te conecta con todos playa del carmen y las diferentes rutas si lo que quieres es un lugar estrategico para moverte.

Cons:

No me gusto tanto que el vacio que da hacia la recepcion da enfrente del deportivo y se escucha desde la mañana ñas clases del deportivo y los partidos, digo no esta mal, pero habia dias en los que si queria descansar pero el ruido del deportivo se notaba mucho.

Siamo rimasti solo una notte. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera era pulita. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante a fianco dell'hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Hotel sem luxo, mas funcional, poderia melhorar a limpeza
Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, constantemente davam dicas de passeios e alertas do que prestar atenção. Destaque para o Joel, que, depois que tive um problema com meu celular, me indicou um lugar certeiro que consertou ele rápido e por um preço justo. Tamanho do quarto bom, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. O hotel tem uma ducha logo na entrada pra quem vem da praia tirar o excesso de areia e empresta guarda-sol, caso o hóspede precise.

Cons:

O produto de limpeza que passavam no chão do quarto deixava ele com aspecto pegajoso. O do box tb quando entramos tinha um aspecto sujo, parece que não tinha sido limpo direito. Embora haja uma estação de ônibus mais perto, nos trajetos de volta para Playa del Carmen, o ônibus dificilmente parava lá. Depois de um dia de passeio, uma caminhada de 15 min pode parecer demais e você pode preferir pegar um carro (dica: use o InDrive, pois a cidade não aceita uber). Geladeira bem pequena.
