Superior room was a lovely, comfortable stay.
Pros:

- we upgraded to a Superior room
- bed was comfortable
- heat was included in the upgraded price
- staff was pleasant and helpful
- we ordered a pizza from the restaurant - delicious and good value, and they delivered to our room.

Cons:

- the hot water ran out after 2 mins
- the standard room that we booked was on the top floor, outside. They tried to give us the room with the window toward the highway.

Great stay and tea factory tour!
Pros:

Amazing value for money, very beautiful, artsy and clean hotel with all facilities. They have their own organic tea factory adjacent to the property which is worth paying a visit! Super friendly staff also! It's a bit out of the way to reach without personal transport but worth it. Perfect stop to stay for the night or 2 days while on the road.
