I'm not planning to return.
Pros:

The location is good, but the price-performance ratio was deeply disappointing.

Cons:

We booked two separate rooms in advance — a Double Executive Room and a Double Deluxe Room. As the check-in date approached, we noticed that prices had dropped significantly. Our request for a partial refund was refused. Early booking should protect the guest; instead, it worked against us.
We had a positive experience at this hotel last year, which is why we chose to return. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our reservation appeared as a single room in the system. To make matters worse, the two rooms were on different floors, far apart from each other. In order to stay on the same floor, we had no choice but to suggest downgrading ourselves from the more expensive Deluxe room to the Executive room. No solution was offered by the hotel.

Every business can face setbacks. What truly matters is how they respond when something goes wrong. After this experience, I would not only hesitate to recommend this hotel — I would not return myself.

Really good stay
Pros:

Room was very very large and well appointed. Cleaning every day. Swimming pool large and not crowded. Food really nice, plenty of food (even too much :) ) at dinner. Ski in ski out access. Parking next to hotel. Staff very helpful and responsive

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the gondolas.
The location is excellent, you can store your equipment and ski directly from the hotel.
The breakfast was tasty and of good quality.
The spa facilities are clean and well equipped.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a water boiler in the room, especially since tea bags were provided. Also, during our 4-night stay, some basic breakfast items (like butter or a variety of bread) were occasionally missing.
Saunas were not hot enough. And if you plan to visit gym, be prepared that it is not as well equipped.

Отлична атмосфера и спокойствие
Pros:

Хареса ми отношението на персонала , храната , местоположението. Уютен и топъл лоби бар, спокойствие в СПА зоната , апартамент 411 е просторен и с хубава гледка към пистата. Бяхме с включена вечеря, която ни хареса.

паркингът не е в хотела и платен

Pros:

Ужин был просто великолепный, каждый день что-то интересное и вкусное как в ресторане. Отличный выбор в меню на специальном сайте с картинками, подходил и ребенку и тому кто соблюдал кошерность.

Cons:

В нашей комнате был очень странно построенный душ, вода стекала почти в середину ванной комнаты а не в угол, что создавало постоянную мокроту на полу. Но в принципе это компенсировалось каждодневной уборкой.

Geçen yıl konakladığımız MPM sport oteli bu yılda tercih ettik. Yine çok memnun kaldık tüm personel oldukça güler yüzlüydü her konuda yardımcı oldular. Restoran lezzetlerine yeni bir dokunuş gelmiş, araştırınca yeni şef Boran bey ve ekibi sayesinde olduğunu öğrendik. Aynen böyle devam edin. Gelecek yılda yine tercihimiz bu otelden yana olacak...

Fabulous hotel, great location and friendly efficient staff. Excellent, def return.

Fab hotel in great location. Excellent friendly staff who carried bags to room and also offered to park my car in the car park 20 m away. Excellent breakfast. Indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi
Can ski in ski out if snow allows. 5 minute walk to centre.
Thank you for a lovely 4 days

Cons:

Nit picking really. The bathroom was quite small and there was no black tea available at breakfast.
