Pros:

The location is great, right near the gondola. The staff was great and the spa facilities are nice. The swimming pool is quite big and you can swim there. Breakfast was excellent

Absolutely outstanding hotel that I cannot fault
Pros:

Brilliant ski in and ski out location. The staff were incredible- couldn’t do enough for you, I literally cannot fault them. The cleaning of the room was brilliant and she’d come back if you weren’t ready for her. Everything was restocked each day - we always had coffee and water. The hotel has all the services you would need for a ski holiday. The food was outstanding - both breakfast and dinner. Was the best I’ve had in a hotel. The waiting staff were also brilliant. I can’t think of one negative of this hotel.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μπροστά στο lift ιδανικό για όσους κάνουν σκι αλλά και για την υπόλοιπη παρέα που θέλει να απολαύσει το εξαιρετικό σπα . Φοβερό πρωινό με πάρα πολλές επιλογές και πεντακάθαρα ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια . Ενα μεγάλο μπράβο σε όλο το προσωπικό για την ευγένεια και την εξυπηρέτηση τους . Ειδικά με το παιδάκι μας ήταν πολύ φιλικοί. Από εδώ και πέρα θα είναι Ν 1 επιλογή μου για να μένω στο Bansko
