Good base for exploring it park area.
Pros:

There are actually 2 pools despite reception person saying there was 1 when I arrived so check out both. Comfortable apartment, WiFi and well located, good discovery base and lots of things in walking distance.

Cons:

No issues.

Cons:

AC was loud, bathroom felt like in a prison and, most importantly, there was NO TOILET SEAT. The owner heard recently about it from the cleaning staff, but didn't fix it? Can't even head to MR DIY quickly and get a cheap seat? Acted like it's a partial bathroom renovation and not a 5 minute fix 🤦‍♂️ Some owners shouldn't be allowed on this platform... What was provided was actually good but will be in a state of total disrepair in a few months since no one cares anyway... Be aware when you book.

I love it that the owner provided pillows, as someone na hindi nakakatulog kung isa lang ang unan, and to think na apat kami. And yung mga kumot, it's comfortable and gusto ko yung tig iisa kami ng towels. luvette

Cons:

The unit seems a bit old na. Ang ingay ng aircon, lalo na pag nilalakasan mo. Sobrang hirap iflash ng inidoro, natatakot kami dumumi kasi hindi sya nag fflash like need mo pa buhusan ng madaming tubig. And the stove, it won't heat up the way i want it, I've given it enough time naman to heat up pero hindi sya nakakaluto ng maayos. And also the wifi connection, nawawala-wala sya.

I don't know why but the AC just made the room pleasant without effort, in many other places it takes time to fine-tune it till it's not too cold, not too hot.

Cons:

Lacks a little bit space to open your suitcase or leave it open.

This is a great Condo to stay in while in Cebu and I'm looking at booking it again soon
Pros:

The location at IT Park is great as it is close to everything, shops, restaurants, Ayala Mall and much more. This Condo has everything that you need for a good stay in IT Park and the Host Lou is very good at communicating what is required and the instructions for your stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately a flexible hose burst under the kitchen sink in the middle of the night and it flooded the whole Condo. Lou the owner was in contact with maintenance onsite as soon as possible and this issue was fixed quickly. Thank you Lou for your help in addressing this water leak, I appreciate your help.

Bad bathroom, amenities ruins stay.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

Toilet had no seat cover! Shower water heater does not function. No extra blankets for the pull-out bed although we specified we were 4 adults checking in. Electric kettle had no cover thus did not auto shut-off. Dangerous.
