The staff besides the owners could have been a bit more proactive with their service - but they were all very kind and helpful with everything whenever we needed them.

Ontbijt was erg karig!

The door of our bedroom clattered with every gust of wind. Thin walls, you could hear other guests sneeze upstairs.

The cleaning crew only started cleaning the reception-dining area-terrace at 8am, which meant you were disturbed by these working people during breakfast (which is only possible from 8.30-9am).

The breakfast even though it was acceptable, you had to order from a menu and only pick one option. In my opinion the charges were very small for this to make sense since you have to pay 6 euros extra every time you go for breakfast just to order one more thing. Just make the entire breakfast catalog included for all guests and charge the restaurant guests in the evening 2-3 euros more…

As discussed with the owner in the future they will equip the rooms with a kettle and coffee and tea for the guests. Apart from that, a fridge would be very useful to have in the rooms as during the night the bar and restaurant are closed and the closest place to buy something to drink is a gas station, a bit far from the property.

Липсата на достатъчно кошчета;
В стаите няма сешоар. Налични в хотела са ограничен брой при поискване, което създава известно неудобство.

Относно СПА центъра:
Джакузито не работеше;
Сауната и парната баня работят с предварителна уговорка;
Басейнът е по-малък, отколкото изглежда на снимките;
В СПА центъра няма тоалетна.

Относно ресторанта:
Сервираха ни храна, която три минути по-късно взеха с думите "Извинете, това не е за Вас";
Менютата за закуската бяха на смачкани, хръвчащи листи;
Закуската ни не включваше всички компоненти посочени в менюто.

Цялостно - цената надхвърля възможностите на хотела като удобства.

Politica hotelului privind accesul cu animalele s-a modificat dupa ce am facut rezervarea, insa nu a existat vreo informare in acest sens, iar cand am ajuns la hotel alaturi de patrupedul meu, mi s-a zis ca nu am anuntat ca voi veni impreuna cu cainele, iar camera pe care o rezervasem si achitasem (camera superioară cu vedere la mare) nu-mi poate fi oferita si ca imi vor da o alta camera cu vedere la oras. Aspect cu care nu am fost de acord, intrucat achitasem suplimentar pentru camera respectiva si pentru confortul meu. Dupa discutii lungi prin care aruncau vina pe noi ca nu i-am anuntat (lucru pe care si eu il spuneam personalului, nu sunt vinovata ca intr-o luna ei au schimbat politica hotelului, fara vreo informare in acest sens), nu am fost de acord sa ma cazez intr-o alta camera, astfel m-au pus sa las un depozit de 100 de euro pentru a ma lasa cu cainele in camera respectiva. O lipsa de comunicare care a dus la un disconfort pe care mi l-au creat inca de cand am ajuns, asadar prima seara a fost stricata doar ca urmare a unor discutii inutile, intrucat puteau de la inceput sa ma puna sa le las depozitul si sa nu mai incerce sa ma convinga sa stau intr-o alta camera. Concluzia lor a fost sa las depozitul si sa nu las niciodata cainele singur in camera, asadar 3 zile a trebuit sa tin cainele la 45 de grade afara de dimineata pana noaptea, ca oricat le-as fi explicat ca este senior si extrem de cuminte, nu au vrut sa inteleaga. Eram alaturi de inca o familie, daca ne-ar fi dat banii inapoi pe cazare, preferam sa plecam, intrucat degeaba arata bine un hotel si se investeste in decorul lui, daca interesul lor primeaza mai mult decat confortul si siguranta clientilor.

Trebuie să vă deplasați cu mașina până la o plajă mai ok.
