Pros:

The only thing good about this hotel are the exteriors. The rooms are in complete shambles. Washroom is not very clean.. service levels are really poor. on our first day we had to wait for 40 min to get towels, the towels are worn out and need replacement. There was no hot water on day 1 citing some malfunction with the boiler. The breakfast is also not great.. Day 2 because we complained we got brand new towels but no hot water but we had already understood that this will be the case so we left as is..
They also charge Rs 50 for dental kit , there are no hand towels given as well.. For the price they charge the hotel is not worth. Kindly avoid the hotel at all cost.. There are much better hotels
