Price was good. Location is good. I stay in these units on one of towers each time I come to Vegas.
Water was not hot told the owner and the complex never got fixed eventually was told they had an issue and I was out of luck. Not what I was expecting so 4 days of luke warm showers. Also, when I arrived the room was not ready and still being cleaned after 4pm. The cleaning crew didn't finish till 5:30 or so.

The property was in a great location - close to the strip but not too close.
This is labeled as a penthouse and it is not a penthouse. It’s on the 5th floor. With a PH we could have viewed the fireworks on NYE. The room was overall really good though and the owner was responsive.

I liked the valet parking and the security of the hotel. The location was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.
I didn't like that since I didn't book directly with the hotel. I didn't get housekeeping (I used booking.com)we found out later you have to request housekeeping through an outside company with booking.com they came 2 days later took the trash made the bed and didn't clean the room,we were told Expedia does the same thing with housekeeping since those are secondary bookings, but other then that everything was good. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the location, only a cpl blks from the strip. Enjoyed the floor to ceiling window view. Big tub. Microwave works great.
Wish the jets in the tub would’ve been working during our stay. Other than that, very nice property. Would consider staying again. Very nice host.
