Pros:

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Grifone in occasione del concerto di Achille Lauro al Nelson Mandela Forum. La struttura è situata in una posizione comodissima anche per raggiungere il centro di Firenze, fermata autobus a due minuti ma anche a piedi si può fare.
La nostra camera tripla era molto carina dotata di tutti i comfort e il bagno molto ben organizzato e con una doccia molto grande.
La struttura offre molti servizi ed è dotata di una saletta dove si ha a disposizione gratuitamente di di uno spuntino durante tutta la giornata.
Lo staff è molto preparato, educato, cordiale e disponibile.
Tornerò sicuramente e grazie ancora per tutto.

It was a great stay, if we happen to come back to Florence, we will definitely stay here.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful to all our needs. Gloria at the front desk helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Even though it was away from the tourist attractions, the bus 14 was very convenient getting to and fro .The breakfast was also very good.

Pros:

Ottimi servizi e personale, stanza pulita. Comodissima la posizione per raggiungere il teatro Cartiere Carrara

Cons:

Eravamo alloggiati al piano terra e la stanza è risultata un po' rumorosa: si sentiva forte il rumore delle persone nel corridoio.

Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile verso il cliente. La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero strategica: vicinissima al Nelson Mandela e alla stazione, quindi comodissima per gli spostamenti. Esperienza molto positiva, consigliato!
