Not much.
It was fairly clean but thats about it.

Cons:

The hotel looks like an old hotel and it is far from city center . Rooms are below average with a very uncomfortable bed. Walls are thin and everything around can be heard when people are moving around and is very difficult to sleep.
Spa is falsely advertised and it does not look even close to what the pictures shows.
There are no shops , restaurants or supermarkets anywhere close to this hotel.
I would not reccomend this hotel i am certainly not choosing it again.

Ottimo la reception ed il servizio del parcheggio (anche se caro)
Molto apprezzato il presente a fine soggiorno

Cons:

Durante la colazione lo staff mi ha più volte ricordato che la colazione non era inclusa che dovevo pagarla come extra.
Dopo avermi informato la prima volta Avrei preferito semplicemente firmare il conto della colazione alla fine del servizio

Nice hotel
Pros:

Beautiful, clean and very big rooms. We stay in a house room. Very friendly reception desk and very helpful. The spa center was good.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was hard to connect and reconnect again. A password only should be okay. The location is far from center to go by foot. Also the location doesn't have a lot of parking spots so the hotel's parking should be free or less pricy.

City tour in Florance
Pros:

The hotel is a bit far from the city center in a quiet area. The room was always clean. The breakfast is plentiful.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor near the reception. Next to the cleaning supplies store and the toilet, it was very noisy in the mornings.
