Incredibly stay, couldn’t reccomend enough!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly, we ended up with an entire outdoor patio, huge walk in shower and the room was incredible. Staff were super accommodating and couldn’t have done anymore for us.

The breakfast was slightly limited but still amazing and so tasty!

Top Hotel mit perfekten Personal
Pros:

Top Lage, gleich an einer Bushaltestelle, wo man 10 Minuten in die Stadtmitte braucht. (Tickets gibts im Hotel zum kaufen) Top Personal, die mir glutenfreies Gebäck serviert haben und da wir durch einen Ausflug das Frühstück nicht wahrnehmen konnten wurden uns Lunchpakete vorbereitet. (Einmal normal und einmal glutenfrei) Taxis wurden auf Wunsch gebucht und auf jede Frage gab es eine Antwort. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Würde ich wieder nach Florenz kommen würde ich wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Alles gut. Den Spabereich haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt.
