Lovely B&B in a great location.
Pros:

Very nicely furnished double room and enormous bathroom. Great to have a fridge and a microwave too. Lucy was very welcoming. Good value and convenient location

Cons:

I did not realise that breakfast was served on a tray in the room. Did I miss that bit? The pics on the website are NOT this room. I was on my own, but if there had been 2 of us, the tiny table was not big enough for 2 to sit at, so one would have been sitting on the bed to eat. Not ideal!

The breakfast was more than enough, reasonable choice the room was very clean and facilities were excellent for our needs. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Maybe a bit more of a continental style breakfast, cooked meets and cheese .

Clean quite comfortable and friendly. All excellent except the bathroom access
Pros:

Good size, great bathroom, clean, excellent breakfast

Cons:

I would have preferred that the bathroom was directly accessible from my room as you had to leave the room into the hallway by the front door to then go onto the bathroom.
They have put up a screen but it does not completely cover being seen if someone came to the door or came in the front door

Pros:

Very comfortable room and very good sized bathroom. Self service breakfast had every thing we needed in our own time. Location was perfect for our needs

Exceptional B&B within 5 mins. drive from Truro. Friendly welcome, very comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Excellent continental breakfast which was left for me on a tray. I particularly liked the fresh yoghurt and frit. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Visitors have sole use of spacious modern bathroom adjoining bedroom.
