We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B. Lucy was very kind and helpful. She gave us a pint of milk and two bottles of water on our arrival. The breakfast was nice too. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was of a high quality. The bathroom has a great big bath and powerful shower. The place was clean and tidy. This is definitely one of the better B&B's and I would recommend the B&B to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

Camera con bagno (separato) all'interno di una moderna casa in una strada di passaggio poco lontana da Truro. Parcheggio all'interno del cortile condominiale. La camera è spaziosa, ha un armadio dove si trovano due tavolini pieghevoli su cui appoggiare il vassoio della colazione, da consumare in camera. La colazione si sceglie il giorno prima e c'è molta scelta. A piedi c'è un pub vicino per la cena, sulla strada dove passano i mezzi. Il bagno è enorme, con vasca e doccia
Il bagno è separato rispetto alla camera ma un paravento consente di muoversi con sufficiente privacy per gli spostamenti. La grandezza del bagno compensa tutto

Il B&B, è stato, praticamente, ricavato nella stessa abitazione (molto bella) dei proprietari (persone disponibilissime, gentilissime e cordiali).
Le potenzialità, a nostro parere, ci sono ma esistono delle criticità di cui gli ospiti dovrebbero essere al corrente prima di prenotare.
Il primo problema riguarda il fatto che, le camere del B&B (2) non sono separate dal resto dell’abitazione, per cui, non esiste privacy e la cosa è fortemente complicata dal fatto che il bagno sia fuori dalla stanza da letto. Quindi, per andare in bagno, bisogna necessariamente “coprirsi”, rischiando, molto probabilmente, di incontrare componenti della famiglia dei proprietari.
Altra grossa criticità è che, il bagno, è in comune con l’altra camera che affittano, il chè rende ancor più complicata la situazione.
Altra cosa: poiché non hanno una stanza per poter far consumare la colazione, si è costretti a mangiare sul letto o su dei minuscoli tavolini messi a disposizione, con non poche difficoltà.
Ultima cosa (non per importanza), essendo l’abitazione circondata dal verde, la stanza è letteralmente infestata da ragni di ogni tipo e dimensione.
Io soffro di aracnofobia ed ho vissuto un’esperienza terribile. Avremo ucciso non meno di 15 ragni (di cui alcuni veramente grossi e terrificanti) solo nella camera da letto.

Excellent property, slightly awkward to find once night time had settled in as it’s down an unlit road but the owners guided me in perfectly, the house is immaculate and the breakfast was more than enough for one person , very tasty and very filling

No podemos estar más satisfechos de nuestra elección. La localización es perfecta si quieres conocer Cornwall, porque todo queda relativamente cerca. Lucy y Tony son encantadores y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos, aconsejándonos sobre lugares a visitar y sitios para comer.
El desayuno que ofrecen es muy bueno.
Está muy cerca de Truro pero si no quieres coger coche, también hay una tienda y un pub a dos minutos caminando.
Recomendaría este alojamiento sin dudarlo.
Very nicely furnished double room and enormous bathroom. Great to have a fridge and a microwave too. Lucy was very welcoming. Good value and convenient location
I did not realise that breakfast was served on a tray in the room. Did I miss that bit? The pics on the website are NOT this room. I was on my own, but if there had been 2 of us, the tiny table was not big enough for 2 to sit at, so one would have been sitting on the bed to eat. Not ideal!
