this experience was terrible. I arrived early 1PM, hotel said I had no existing reservation and advised me to call booking. Booking could not get a hold of host & told me to book another room yet I was still charged in full for this room. Email attached. Essentially expecting to pay $600 plus a deposit and ended up spending 2k for 3 nights. Its been 17 days and still no refund from this host. Let these rooms stay on airbnb! The way I was treated by customer service was very uncalled for and to still be waiting for a refund is absurd!!! Your app also says expect refund in 7-12 days yet I get an email saying wait 30days? I really feel taken advantage of and use your website weekly on a corporate account. This incident has really left me uneasy!

To advise me to book another room then basically tell me your bad wait 30 days for a refund does not make me feel like im treated as a valued customer. If you look up my phone number you will see the hundreds of rooms I book using your website. With vegas tourism suffering this kind of treatment ruined my whole trip and experience. Review my recorded calls and you will see how all your reps handled this situation. Booking.com wrongfully told me to book another room and took no responsibility for putting me in a terrible situation! This experience saddens me and I hope no one ever has to experience this!

אין בריכות כמו שרואים בתמונה באתר. יש בריכה אחת קטנה בחוץ. אין נקיון חדרים. המלון מרוחק מהסטריפ וצריך ללכת הרבה. הצק אין היה לא נעים, למרות ששלמנו והיה לי אישור, כמעט שעה הפקידה בלובי טענה שאין אישור. השירות שלה היה לא נחמד ותוקפני. אתה מגיע מטיסה מתישה, סוגר הכל מראש ונתקע בדברים שמעכבים סתם.

La struttura non è’ stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Terribile

Ho prenotato una camera per 4 adulti. Al ns arrivo ci hanno dato una matrimoniale. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ma ci hanno detto che il servizio camere finiva alle 17 e potevamo dormire sul divano letto. Peccato che non avevamo cuscini e lenzuola. La prima notte abbiamo dormito due su un matrimoniale e due sul divano chiuso visto come era sporco. Il giorno dopo , dopo aver parlato con il manager che nel frattempo dava la colpa a booking.com, ci hanno fatto pagare € 93 per darci delle lenzuola e dei cuscini ( le federe erano sporche) e ci siamo dovuti fare il letto da soli. Nessuno è mai venuto a riassettare la camera ma ci hanno addebitato sulla carta due giorni di pulizie( mai fatte, terribile). Da EVITARE , nessun servizio, nessun aiuto anzi siamo stati offesi dal front manager in modo molto scortese, insomma una pessima esperienza. Sconsigliatissimo.

Location great! Balcony view great! Amenities great! Decor great. Check in was easy loved you could use tower 2 n 3 pools. It was home from home xxxxx

מלון המוני וללא תודעת שירות! לכל המתכוונים להזמין מלון זה דרך בוקינג שימו לב! למלון 3 בניינים בעלי אותו שם , אך לא כל חדרי המלון הם בבעלות המלון עצמו ( פרט קטן שלא צויין בבוקינג ולא ידענו על כך ).
הגענו לווגאס ללילה אחרון לפני טיסה לאחר נסיעה ארוכה מיוסמיטי פארק. קודם לכן התארחנו במלון TRUMP INTERNATIONAL HOTEL החדר במלון לא נוקה או סודר לאחר האורחים האחרונים. פקיד הקבלה לא ממש התאמץ לסייע , מסתבר שזהו דבר שכיח , שחדרים הנמצאים בבעלות פרטית לא מנוקים או מסודרים ואין למי לפנות.
התעקשתי ולכן ניתן לי מספר טלפון של HOUSE KEEPING , שלא ענו לטלפון.
עייפים ומטורטרים נסענו ל-TRUMP INTERNATIONAL HOTEL שלמנו מחיר קצת יותר גבוה , אך אין מה להשוות.
פניתי לבוקינג לקבלת החזר כספי.
