Great overnight stay to be able to enjoy both the historic downtown and Hot Springs National Park

The room and the location were fantastic. I recommend.
Pros:

The room was large. The location was perfect for me. Short walk to bath row but far enough away to be quiet.

Cons:

Dedicated parking spaces were a little confusing. I parked on street and it was fine.
I did not notice the property was a VRBO until I arrived. Booking.com should have made that clearer when booking.

Great location with friendly staff. Very safe and comfy!
Pros:

Great location. Great staff with quick responses. Wonderful bed.... very comfy!

Cons:

No amenities. No soap, shampoo or hair dryer. But TJ maxx was only 2 miles away.

More of a Motel vibe than a Hotel
Pros:

Affordable, good location, comfortable bed

Cons:

Our room was right next to the entrance. The exterior door is so noisy, we were woken multiple times by people stomping in at all hours of the night.

Sehr großer Raum, doppelter Waschtisch im Badezimmer. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, gute Lage für den Hot Springs Nationalpark

Cons:

Leider sehr renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer. Diverse Sachen kaputt oder defekt (Fernseher, Stuhl, Nachttisch). Es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Klamotten, nur eine leere Kleiderstange ohne Bügel. Die Unterkunft bat per Nachricht erst um direkte Kontaktaufnahme, damit eventuelle Probleme gelöst werden können, auf meine Nachricht kam jedoch nie eine Rückmeldung. Check-In nur bis 22 Uhr möglich, danach ist bei Problemen niemand mehr erreichbar und es gibt auch keine Erstattung. Dies wurde vorher so nicht über Booking klar gemacht.

The location was nice, the beds were really comfy, it was stress free check-in.

The faucet in the shower leaked bad when the shower was turned on. The faucet was almost coming off of the wall

We got a clean and comfortable room in a good location for a fair price.

Cons:

Check-in is completely remote - no one is on site. However, this wasn’t an issue because the owner is accessible and very responsive through messaging.

Good location but little overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

No amenities and would have expected something for the price. Locks coming in from the street had to be locked when coming in and if someone did not anyone could just walk in and stay in the hallway. Might consider a card system of some sort that doesn’t depend on permission to lock the door.

Pros:

I liked how quiet the location was despite being close to the Hot Spring Central Ave. I wasn't sketched out in the slightest and I liked that there were codes that allowed us to simply just find our room and get settled in. My fiancée and I also loved that a box fan was included because we both like white noise so that was very handy.

Cons:

There wasn't much I disliked aside from the shower head but that's small. The top part of it wasn't spraying water so it made it a little difficult but I am never going to gripe about something so small. Overall, we really loves our stay here.

Perfect location, modern feel for a great price
Pros:

I forgot the entry code for the main building, so I called the hotel's number, and after verifying who I was they gave me the code right away — the staff were very friendly. The building is beautiful and in a perfect area, and I loved that check-in was entirely code-based with no one to meet in person. It felt like an Airbnb but with hotel convenience — a great place in a fantastic location at a great price. Bonus - they had a fan in the room, wasn't needed but there was one anyways. I sleep with a fan and I forgot mine.... PERFECT

Cons:

The walls seem very thin, we could hear everything above us and anyone that walked the hall but all the good outweighs this.
