My experience at the hotel was disappointing due to serious security concerns.
This morning, a man attempted to enter one of the rooms, and the guest had to call the police. When the police arrived, they stated they were unable to take any action because there are no security cameras on the property.
Although the electronic lock system should provide safety, it appears that someone may have unauthorized access, which is very concerning. The situation is made worse by the fact that there is no front desk or staff on-site—only access through passwords—making the environment feel unsafe.
On a positive note, the room itself is very good and exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.
However, due to the lack of security, my overall experience was negatively impacted. For this reason, I would not stay here again.
Location within walking distance of downtown bathhouse row. Good beer and pizza at SQXBX a couple of blocks away. Had a nice bathroom. Plenty of on street parking.
Room was much smaller than web site photos suggested. Very spartan with one small window. No place to put luggage. AC very loud.

Security, the doors to enter building was frequently left open. First night, we were not able to enter our room. It took 40 minutes of phone calls and text messages to have the lock reset.
The main reason for our dissatisfaction was the bathroom, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, the towels were something I would use to wash my car and the shower curtain was filthy.
The sheets and coverlet looked clean and were soft. Pillows were great.
No closet, cheap furniture and broken fixtures in bathroom. Toilet paper holder was hanging down and a partial roll of toilet paper was on back of toilet. Hand soap was from dollar store and was almost completely watered down. One towel in bathroom for 2 guests staying 2 nights. Front door not secure, left open at least two times. No trash can in main area, just a white trash bag on top of the counter. No headboard to bed and frame was cheap model from amazon. Hallways narrow and trim was unbelievable. It looked like someone unqualified did the construction. Not worth what we paid. We didn’t stay the second night, just went home early. Pictures on website are deceiving.

The facility was clean and comfortable. Especially liked the maid she was helpful and kind. Can't think of anything that was negative associated with my stay.
The room was large. The location was perfect for me. Short walk to bath row but far enough away to be quiet.
Dedicated parking spaces were a little confusing. I parked on street and it was fine.
I did not notice the property was a VRBO until I arrived. Booking.com should have made that clearer when booking.
