Pros:

Location is great! Right downtown. The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice big TV right above it. Check-in was a little confusing because there was no staff, but once I figured the system out, it was fine. More like an Airbnb than a hotel room. It was great!

Cons:

No staff on site but didn’t have any problems that I needed help with while we were there

Convenient location. Smelled clean as soon as we walked in. Felt safe at this location. Not to far of a walk.

Cons:

The room was Tiny. But it had everything we needed. Probably not ideal for a longer stay.

Pros:

The room we were assigned to already had other guests in it, we walked in on them smoking pot. (The while place stank of pot smoke.) After numerous attempts to contact the owner, we finally got a response. The solution was to put us in another room that looked clean, however, it was cold and the heat wasn't working. After many attempts by following text directions from the owner to get heat working, it still didn't work. The exterior door to the unit wouldn't lock and when someone went outside, it would stand ajar allowing cold air to blast down the hallway. I felt unsafe and decided to leave. After about an hour of trying to get hear working, we messaged the owner and left, being assured I would get a full refund and issued an apology. I am still waiting on my refund. Its March now and my trip was in December. I texted reminder to the owner about the refund, but still have not gotten a response. It was my daughter's birthday trip, so it was fortunate that I was able to drive across town and get a nice hotel--for less money without even using booking.com--which is sad, to sad the least, that I paid more by pre-boooking using a discount booking service and got this type of experience

Cons:

To Booking.com, in the past, i have been very please with your service, however, this makes 3 times i have booked a stay and the place was NOT as advertised, their guest services non-existent and their prices not worth what I paid. I am thinking of using a different booking service from now on. This is unfortunate since I used to be very confident in the quality of stay i would receive through your app. 😞

Very convenient location! Close to historic district and walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

Pros:

It was quirky, and walking distance to good places. Bed was comfortable, shower was spacious.

Cons:

The door lock code was literally 5012, at 501 orange Street, in door number 2. Like having your password set as password. The front door to the building didn't close and lock. There were only 2 little tiny pillows on a king bed, and 2 threadbare towels. Dresser was about to fold up like a house of cards.

Overall pleasant, but marred slightly by issues beyond our control.
Pros:

The room was well-sized, the bed was comfortable, the smart TV had an excellent selection of channels, there was plenty of hot water, and it was generally quite quiet and pleasant.

Cons:

There were a couple of issues on this stay. Our room's heater was broken and we were fortunate that it was well-insulated given the cold weather. Also, the room's cleaner accidentally shut off our lights twenty minutes early and never rectified the situation, meaning we had to pack in the dark.

Pleasant, quiet, clean, and unique.
Pros:

The location was pretty great, the room itself was sumptuous, and the code system was frankly much more convenient than keeping track of cards. Nice and quiet, great amenities.

Cons:

My only issue was the relative lack of parking due to the location. That's mostly just me not liking parallel parking, though.
