I am definitely staying here again when I come back to Hoi An.
Pros:

The service was absolutely amazing. The staff made everything convenient for us. If I needed a ride somewhere, they would call the ride for us which would arrive within 5 minutes. The breakfast was delicious and had great variety. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

I liked everything! Except having to leave 😂

Cons:

Nothing seriously displeasing. Looking at my photos I can see a lantern over the pool is unlit. Didn't notice at the time but checked it out the next night. Would have added a little more color. But happy and loved everything they did for us.

The staff are excellent, Kim Joy, Pink, and Phillip were awesome, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, so much choice for breakfast, the restaurant food was good, and the pool was great, all the facilities were good. I would 100% recommend and would definitely go back

Jeg kunne ikke vært mer fornøyd med oppholdet mitt her. Rommet var rent, komfortabelt og perfekt etter en dag i Hoi An. Hele personalet fikk meg til å føle meg som en del av familien – så utrolig vennlige og hjelpsomme.

En spesiell takk går til Rose, som virkelig gjorde hele opplevelsen min uforglemmelig. Hun gjorde alt hun kunne for at jeg skulle få det beste ut av reisen, alltid med et stort smil og ekte omtanke. Hun er rett og slett en stjerne og grunnen til at jeg gjerne kommer tilbake hit!
