We are a couple and we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Everything was excellent, but we especially appreciated the variety and quality of the dinners — every dish was delicious and clearly prepared with great care.
The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We would also like to highlight the staff. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it special — from warm wishes in the morning and a beautifully decorated table to a thoughtful surprise during dinner with a complimentary cocktail voucher.
A special thanks to Hammad at the reception, who was incredibly helpful with every request and truly professional.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

Stil, Ambiente, Sauberkeit und unmittelbare Lage am Meer sind sehr gut. Frühstück und Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich und völlig in Ordnung, jedoch auch kein Highlight. Hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche, aufmerksame und bemühte Hotelpersonal.
Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf eine aktive Baustelle am Nebengebäude, das trübte etwas den seitlichen Blick in Richtung Meer, wobei das Hotel hierfür natürlich nichts kann.
Die Kaffeekapseln werden über Minibar-Verzehr berechnet. Das war uns anfangs nicht klar, kann man bei genauem Hinsehen allerdings der Preisliste entnehmen.
Die Speisen am Abendbuffet waren leider mehrfach schon kalt.
Schade war insbesondere, dass im Saunabereich keine adäquate Abkühlmöglichkeit besteht. Die Duschen lieferten nur warmes bis sehr warmes Wasser. Auch Fußbäder sind nicht vorhanden. Weiterhin war zwar der Spa-Zugang inklusive, Bademäntel hätte man jedoch für 5 EUR pro Tag und Person kostenpflichtig leihen müssen, das kenne ich so in vergleichbaren Hotels nicht.
Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und bieten kaum Verstauoptionen und das Konzept der offenen Dusche (nicht komplett durch Tür getrenntes Bad) mag ich persönlich nicht, ist aber natürlich Geschmacksache. Wir würden - allerdings mit Kritik auf hohem Niveau- nicht nochmal dieses Hotel buchen, dann doch lieber ein Hotel „in 2. Reihe“ (wie z.B. das Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites Spa)
Sehr angenehm, modern und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Check in ging etwas lange. Man kann vorher online einchecken, jedoch bei einer Gruppe mühsam.
Sehr nah am Strand und schöne Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse. Insgesamt ein schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, jedoch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
Frühstück&Abendessen als Buffet waren ok, aber nichts besonders wenn man es mit anderen Hotels vergleicht.
Wir waren über Ostern zum Rennradfahren dort und da die ersten Clubs am Ballermann gerade aufgemacht haben, war es von der Lautstärke nachts hart an der Grenze.
Wir sind mit privaten Rädern angereist, die hätten wir gerne mit aufs Zimmer genommen, was hier im Hotel aber nicht geduldet wurde, daher schließen wir einen weiteren Besuch leider aus. Aber es gibt einen großen Radkeller.
