Average hostel but hard to sleep due to high volume music

Cons:

There is a bar just 20 meters away and it is blasting music. The building has zero isolation, the walls were vibrating due to high volume. It is not the hostel's mistake so I didn't decrease the note because of this reason.
While this hostel is host of international visitors, they only have Malaysian mains socket. While I was expecting international type mains socket, I asked their help provide an adaptor but they even didn't have an adaptor. We had to look for a place to find an adaptor and wasted our time. This is the first time I have expected such problem.
There is no staff at the facility so it was also not convenient to leave our luggage, check out time was 11:00

La proximité d'un quartier agréable et du ferry

Le système autonome très difficile pour entrer, un monsieur (chinois et son fils pareil)au tel ce n'était pas clair, y compris le mot de passe pour le wifi qui n'était pas correct dû demander à d'autre touristes ! les sanitaires pas très propre, la peinture du hall de grosses plaques manquantes, et pour corsé le tout le kara ok jusque tard le soir

Very disappointing, would not stay at a swing and pillows again.
Pros:

Good location, cheap.

Cons:

We had an awful experience here. Walls had dry rot, we saw a rodent running across the kitchen, you had to shower over the toilets, toilets has wet toilet roll and floors. The worst day was out last when there was no electricity, we saw a notice pinned up that they hadn’t paid their electricity bill. We had little communication about when it would be back on and this turned out to be false information too. We ended up having to book another hotel for the night as the room was so hot without air con and dark as it had no window. Loud music could be heard most nights too which kept us awake. We could also see daylight through the ceiling cracks. One of the worst hotel experiences we have had.
