Tidewater Beach Resort 2BD, 3BATH, and Ocean View

The check in process was not good. The owner forgot to send me the check in link and my passcode to get into the condo. The front desk ladies had to call him. Also, there’s a charge for parking.

The stay ended! Wanted more but have to get back to reality

The elevators were a wait and the wifi was not very good.

Getting on and off the elevators was hectic at times, plus I had a van that I couldn't park in garage so I had to go down the road to another resort and pay them to park

. It is on the 28th floor. The security and maintenance were both very rude when the smoke detectors started going off at 6:30 in the morning, waking everyone. The owner of this unit was no help either as we found out he called a maintenance man that morning and did not follow up. At 6:30 that evening, the maintenance man shows up and has to change 3 of the 4 smoke detectors as they were from 2006. The water from the refrigerator leaked there were dripping faucets in the bathroom and THIS PLACE WAS NASTY, FLITHY!! THE BATHROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN!! WE SWEEP HAIRBALLS OUT FROM UNDER ONE OF THE BEDS, THE FUNITURE IS DIRTY, THE WIFI AND TV ABSOLUTELY STINK!! THE BALCONY WAS NASTY AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. ABSOLUTELY PROBABLY THE WORSE PLACE THAT I HAVE STAYED IN PCB. THE UNIT, THE FACILITY, THE STAFF, THE SECURITY, THE WHOLE 9 YARDS.

The elevator was so slow and not enough handicap parking and having to give your license to get a cart for luggage need to come up with a better system

Elevators were terrible. Had trouble with the wifi until I reset it. Air unit was working but they sent someone out to fix it. Aĺl in all it was a great place to stay.

The furniture in the condo was stained, old, and uncomfortable, the living room furniturewas not what was pictured in the advertisement. The beds were horrible, felt like sleep on rocks, will take my body a week or more to recover from it. The bathrooms were not clean, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and all the untesils were just randomly thrown in drawers.

The elevators were terrible

1. Elevator wait (all times, not just check-in)
2. Several elevators were down for maintenance
3. Lots of construction right in front of resort, made walking (or leaving/entering) difficult
4. Indoor pool was down for maintenance
5. Wifi kept going out
6. Lights were TOO dim for a bathroom

As soon as you walk in the trip on the tile needs to be fixed ASAP. The condo was hot called they sent someone he looked and left nothing was said didn't know he left till I heard the door close. Balcony furniture needed to be thrown in the ocean couldn't sit on it so wobbled rips cushions the two tables on their last leg full of rust. They had a stick in the sliding door I don't understand why. The kitchen trash can was nasty they left use body wash in the all the showers. The main furniture had spots on it trash under the couch. The whole condo was nasty, floors were dirty I had to clean it before we unpacked.
