Good spacious unit,near MOA.
Pros:

The unit is spacious,good for 4 people,the layout is ideal,lot of space,that is really a positive thing about it.

Cons:

The unit is quite “dirty”the bin in the first room was not emptied,the towels weren’t fresh,the entire unit needs a little bit painting.. i hope the owner doesn’t

Pros:

-Close to MOA...took us ~15 minutes to walk from the mall to the building.
-free parking.
-5 different pools; however, none went deeper than 4 feet.
-lots of stores nearby and Hrab was easy to hail, as most were already in the area.

Cons:

-Pool access isn't free. It's $150/guest per day. To obtain the wrist band was also a process. It took nearly 30 minutes to get in line and pay for the wrist bands, which is located at the basement, not where you actually get the bands.
Also, beware that once you take off your bands, you'll need to purchase a new one even if it's on the same day.
-No AC past the lobby.
