i was very disappointed and still waiting on my refund.
Pros:

the security entering the building and checking process was easy.

Cons:

the towels had hairs fom who knows where and the bed sheets had make up on it, as they didnt wash the conforter and just folded it and hoping a guest wouldnt notice, and i notify booking and the owner.

Pros:

The owner & the property manager was so helpful and understanding on this trip as the building manager tried to cut our trip early with no warning. Thankful for the owner being an understanding man i was able to stay and enjoy the rest of my trip with no problems !

Cons:

The building manager tried kicking us out over a noise disturbance ,which i do admit the apartment was loud, but with no warning and waited for me to leave the property to lock me out w my belongings in there
