Got cockroaches on bathroom, TV is too small

The owner doesn’t care, awful customer service skills.

"This Property is a total SCAM. The address is listed in prime district opposite Hyatt Manila but it does not exist. It is called Palazzo but there is no such property. Sounds grand and is anything but.

I arrived late night at location only to dredge my luggage 45 minutes looking for non-existent property. After finally connecting with the host who rudely hung up on me, I was texted the real location 4km away after i forced the issue! The actual property was not Palazzo and the reception initially didn't even want to accept me. The property stank badly from the moment I opened the door, the toilet bowl was stucked and I could not use it, the fridge did not work, the sink was leaking and the place was dusty. Sheets felt so dusty. I complained and have everything on screenshots. When I asked the host to fix at least the toilet bowl, they said they could only do it AFTER i left! What was the point?

Nothing!!!

Poor communication. I wasn’t given the address. I had trouble finding the property.

Very hot inside the elevator, the rooms are very hard to lock

There's mini roaches and aircon is not cold.

Smells bad inside and the aircon kept on spilling water so we only use one aircon which makes the room less cooler

The building where the unit is located. They tend to have maintenance on the elevators so a whole building will only be using one.

Room description not accurate. Advertised as a 4 bedroom unit but we ended up in 4 different units across 4 different floors. When we asked why the rooms were separated we were told theres no 4 bedroom units in bgc.. so why put it on the description then? Spent more time moving between rooms instead of spending time with my extended family. The booking was also for 10 but the linen and guest kits provided was only for 8. The actual tower was Uptown residences but advertised as La Palazzo which in the next building so initially ended up in the wrong building. Good location but thats about it.

Key not working, ac not in good condition.

Kitchen sink had a sewage smell coming from it. We alerted the property agent and didn't offer to help.
Extra towels was damp.
Place was advertised as comfortable 2 adults 2 kids but it's more suited to 2 people.
Sofa was advertised as sofa bed, but it's not. Instead a thin fold out mattress was supplied
We booked for 2 nights. This place was so bad we immediately left the next morning.

As Europeans, aside the usual(towels, vanity kits)we are used to having small things waiting for us in the apartment( maybe a small water, soap at the shower, coffee pods), things that here are not common to leave as we've noticed; this is the only small inconvenient, but was not a problem, as we understood here is different.
