Very bad experience
Pros:

Front desk person was helpful and courteous. He apologised for the issues with room service.

Cons:

I stayed in room 404 and did not have a great experience. Waste of money. Unsatisfied customer.

1. Complementary water bottles, tea and coffee sachets were not kept. Had to call the reception to get it.
2. No bathroom towels were kept.
3. No tooth brush and tooth paste were available.
4. Damaged TV and set top box remote. Had to call reception to fix Set top box issue.
5. No car parking available in the venue. It was not mentioned at the time of booking.

We booked and checked in at late night, the guy at the reception was sleeping, which is pretty normal...
But I had to wake him up 6-7 times for him to finally get up from the couch he was sleeping and give us the room...
Toiletries were not in the room when we went there..
We didn't want to go through that waking him up task again.
And yeah, the TV is just for a name..
Neither did it have any channels nor was it art TV. At least they could use a firestick to turn that into a smart TV

Average hotel only location is good
Pros:

The location is great. Right opposite the railway station. Close to the beach and white town

Cons:

Rooms and bed linen are not clean. Looks like they are not cleaned. There were cockroaches in the room and in bathrooms. Service quality needs lot of improvement.

Never had such a bad experience like this
Pros:

Nothing to like in the premises.. Except the location of the hotel i.e., nearby railway station no advantages of staying there

Cons:

Didnt like the way the employees behaviour, their responsiveness, and the cleanliness of the rooms are also not good.

Excellent
Pros:

Hotel is just 100 meter away and infront of Puducherry Railway station. Very spacious Room provided. Very comfortable stay. Attached Restaurant serves good food at night 10:45 pm.

Cons:

Bathroom exost fan was making noise throughout.

One of the worst place

The reception staff, room, airconditioner noise, room filled with mosquitoes, lift stinks, dirty bedsheets and pillow cover, rusted bathroom taps which have never been cleaned, the bucket and mug cannot be touched, all bathroom steel places are rusted, very poorly maintained place, even the water boiling machine is not cleaned
