Pros:

Hotel is just 100 meter away and infront of Puducherry Railway station. Very spacious Room provided. Very comfortable stay. Attached Restaurant serves good food at night 10:45 pm.

Cons:

Bathroom exost fan was making noise throughout.

The reception staff, room, airconditioner noise, room filled with mosquitoes, lift stinks, dirty bedsheets and pillow cover, rusted bathroom taps which have never been cleaned, the bucket and mug cannot be touched, all bathroom steel places are rusted, very poorly maintained place, even the water boiling machine is not cleaned

Cons:

Booking.com took my 50% advance payment trhough the link they provide, Treebo given receipt but booking was canceled by them before getting payment.

Hotel didn't allowed me to stay with booking.com booking, I booked through treebo directly and paid 100% again to them at check-in.

Now neither Treebo nor Booking.com is giving my 50% back. For which no entry allowed. Even treebo app shows it both bookings one cancelled through booking.com for which i paid 50% advance for two nights.

And other one for which I stayed and paid 100% again directly to horel
