全てが最高でした。まずマネージやーのJawferさんが紳士的でよく、私たちは3人家族で3つのベッドルームの部屋を選びましたが、どの部屋もどの場所もとても清潔で　キッチンでは浄水器が取り付けてあり、蛇口からのお水が飲めて、普通蛇口もあり、熱いお湯がでました。食器類も揃っており、食器乾燥機、オーブン付き電子レンジ、トースター、洗濯から乾燥できる全自動洗濯機、アイロン、アイロン台、ドライヤーなど日々の生活に困らない物が全て揃ってました。
そして、日本人にとって大事なことが、お風呂。浴槽はないのですが、シャワーが固定されてるのかと思い、洗面器を持参しましたが、固定のシャワーとハンドシャワー両方ついており、その上、熱いお湯が出たので、浴槽がなくても助かりました。この熱いお湯のシャワーを浴びれることは日本人にとってとても大事です。たとえそこが暑い国であってもです。

立地にかんしても、コロンボ市内の真ん中あたりで、中心地にのペター地区、スレイブアイランド地区、コルピティヤ、
シナモンガーデンズ地区に徒歩とスリーウィーラーを利用して行けます。　どこも素晴らしく楽しめるところでした。
現地ツアーでは日本から予約して、シギリアロックだけ行きました。　それからとても面白かったのが、コルピティヤ駅からマウントラビ二ヤまで列車を利用したことです。15分ぐらいで行けるので海辺を走るスリランカの列車を短時間で経験できて楽しい思い出となりました。

コロンボで接して人々みなさんすごい笑顔で、お店の方々も全くしつこくなく、優しくおとなしい印象です。
もちろん食に関しても珍しいカレーでおいしくて、食事が楽しみでした。美味しかったです。

5日間の滞在でした、ほんとに最高でした。　なによりもまず2日以上の滞在となると宿泊所が大事だと思うので、この
VAUX　Park　Street　が最高でした。　Jawfer さんが毎日のように気を遣ってくださって、whatsappに情報やメッセージを送ってくださいました。　本当に大変お世話になりました。　最高の思い出となりました。おすすめのホテルです。

次にもしチャンスがあれば　また是非利用して、キャンデイの方面やゴールの方まで行けたら良いと思います。

Tässä asunnossa oli kaikki kohdillaan. Palvelu oli aivan ensiluokkaista ja sijainti erinomainen. Muutaman minuutin päässä 2 supermarkettia ja leipomo. Tilat olivat siistit ja suorastaan ylelliset. Lämmin suihku hyvällä vedenpaineella oli jotain mikä ei matkallamme ollut itsestäänselvyys.

Pros:

Spacious and well equipped apartment in a good location. Had all we needed and was close to everything. The staff was really helpful and quick to respond. We didn't get to use the pool upstairs but it looked really nice. Overall a perfect base if you are visiting Colombo.

Cons:

There are a number of bars and restaurants next door. Definitely some pros and cons with that. Some noise at night but these are also quite good places and it is nice to be able to just pop over and get some good food and drinks.

Новые апартаменты, свежий ремонт. Хорошее расположение.

Cons:

Дизайн квартиры совершенно не продуман. Если вы планируете ехать компанией, то жить очень неудобно. В маленькой спальне прозрачные стены, и мало место для хранения вещей.
Рядом с апартаментами много баров и ресторанов, в которых играет громкая музыка поздней ночью, спать невозможно!
А самое неприятное, что администратор апартаментов спустя 1,5 недели начал писать и звонить мне через WA, и обвинять, что мы заплатили фальшивыми деньгами. Это было очень походе на классическое ланкийское вымогательство!

Good stay
Pros:

For a family the 2 bed plus lounge plus all the amenities like kitchen and washing machines are a huge plus

Cons:

There was absolutely no reception. Only a security guard. Although Jaffer was available on watsapp all the time. For this size of property I thought something like a reception should be there.

Beautiful rooftop and pool. Very welcoming and helpful staff! Lively neighbourhood.

Cons:

Soundproofing towards the outside was very bad, so all noise would enter the apartment very loudly.

Totally recommended
Pros:

The apartments are new, have all the appliances needed, comfortable bedrooms with their own en suite, and ample space for a big family. The location is absolutely great, in a very calm and quiet area but very close to all main landmarks in Colombo. Needless to say, that Jawfer, the concierge was really friendly, helpful and went above and beyond his responsibilities to assist in anyway possible. If we ever go back to Colombo, we won’t doubt returning here!

Pros:

The apartment was beautifully designed and very fresh. It was located in a great area with a small street full of restaurants just around the corner. The building also had a lovely rooftop pool, which was a great place to relax.
Jawfer, the Concierge at VAUX, was extremely accommodating and friendly. He was always available, responded quickly to our questions, and provided excellent tips and guidance during our time in Colombo.
