It was a very pleasant experience for me. I will recommend this to my friends and use the residences again in future vis

It was nearest to the Venice Grand Canal that we wanted to visit. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
We had no issues accessing the room, it was clean and had all necessary kitchen appliances we needed to use.

Close to the events place

Cons:

It was not cleaned properly. Huge bag of garbage from last guests were still in the room when I arrived. 2 ladies , I assumed part of housekeeping, attempted to access the room while Im inside.
