Great breakfast, clean room. Very polite and helpful staff.
Pros:

Best breakfast in a hotel I’ve ever had, love you could make your own egg McMuffins with the ham and the cheese omelettes. And the gravy, wonderful, wonderful wonderful. Our room didn’t have a remote, called the front desk and she brought one right up that worked and was very polite

Cons:

The bed was a little stiff, but that’s a personal preference thing. Not a huge deal.

Overall love the stay. I was there for 9 nights, 10 days and it felt very comfortable and inviting.
Pros:

The staff was especially friendly and personable, the spacious rooms were my second favorite thing. Plenty of space and cabinets in our room.

Cons:

The property was clean but there were stains on the carpet throughout the floor, these could use a replacing.

The Staff was the Star of Our stay
Pros:

Location was great, the Staff was absolutely Amazing!!! We Love all of them Key Key Wyatt, she knows who she is, tell them to increase your pay please and Thank you 💗
The rooms were large, We appreciated that.

Cons:

Money was taken before I arrived. The beds are HORRIBLE. Our sofa has the nastiest stain on it. Our beds were never made, we were there for 4 days, not once was our room cleaned. Our bathroom had someone's hunk of nasty hair in the floor of the bathroom. We had to request fresh towels every day.

Me gustó que el personal fue amable.
Pros:

Estaba en una buena localización. Tiendas cerca la play restaurante todo bien en ese aspecto.

Cons:

El primer día que llegamos al hotel mi cuarto lo tenían ocupado yo ya había echo la reservación días antes , Pero ese fue el problema que no tenían el cuarto listo .

Terrible
Pros:

The customer service was great. However I booked two queens and only got one king with a pull out sofa bed. The room was not comfortable. We had to request towels for the pool but there was done.

Cons:

The comfortability of the room. I didn't get what I booked yet i was charged the price I booked it. Therefore I will never be using the Hilton Home 2 Suites
