- Children between the ages of 7 and 16 can access the Tranquility Water Lounge between 7am – 10am / 2pm – 5pm, if accompanied by an adult. Little rebels under the age of 7 are not allowed to use the facilities.

Best hotel in Porto Gaia!
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. Great location, friendly staff, superb facilities including the spa and gym. Food in the Pot and Pan restaurant was exceptional with lots of choice. Would highly recommended to anyone.

Extraordinar de frumos
Pros:

Amplasarea este in centrul orasului si a zonei de promenada si oferind un view fantastic . Serviciile, curatenia si atentia personalului sunt la superlativ . Este foarte greu sa oferi ceva in plus fata de ce ofera deja acest hotel .

Da localização junto ao rio. Do staff. Do espaço do quarto, varanda.

Cons:

O quarto não corresponde às expetativas de vista rio.
Ficava num edifício atrás, estava virado para o rio, mas a vista era parcial, pois tinha dois edifícios á frente, isto é, um de cada lado , que impediam uma vista rio completa .
Para quem valoriza o silêncio, de noite (e dia) ouviam-se ruídos contínuos do exterior, talvez das máquinas de climatização/ventilação, que impediram o descanso.

Poderia ter sido perfeito se não fosse o rececionista

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo responsável pela nossa reserva. Ficamos num quarto incrível, enorme e muito confortável

Cons:

O spa é demasiado pequeno para a dimensão do hotel. Não consegui reservar cadeiras das duas vezes que lá fui, porque estava sempre cheio. Só tem prai 8 cadeiras. E o funcionário da receção era extremamente mal educado, e acabou por estragar toda a experiência.

직원의 친절함, 뷰가 좋음. 조용함. 조식 맛있음. 매일 청소 너무 잘해줌. 2일마다 서비스를 제공함. 아로마 오일, 나타, 미니 와인을 받음. 뷰가 너무 완벽해서 숙소에만 있어도 행복함.

Cons:

강 건너 가려면 동루이스 다리를 건너거나, 볼트를 이용하는데 매우 많이 돌아감. 일방통행이 많아서 그렇다고 함
