Rilassarsi con amore
Pros:

Stanza luminosa e spaziosa, dalla finestra vedevamo una parte delle piscine ed era una visione meravigliosa e molto rilassante.
La receptionist forse e' stata troppo sbrigativa perchè non ci hanno spiegato proprio tutti i servizi ma ci si ambienta con facilità.
La location è molto romantica, letto abbastanza comodo.
Fantastico massaggio alla spa, pulizia ottima delle stanze e di tutti gli ambienti in generale.
Personale gentile e qualificato, ottimo il bar a bordo piscina.

Cons:

Il cibo al ristorante: alcune pietanze erano meglio di altre, per il costo pagato mi sarei aspettata una cena più "equilibrata" tra costo e qualità.
Parcheggio un pò disordinato ed esterni trascurati.
Colazione non attenta a chi ha intolleranze al lattosio, da rivedere le bevande calde.
Avevo ordinato una bottiglia di prosecco all'arrivo ma non è mai arrivata.
La spa dovrebbe essere spiegata un pò meglio, non si capisce bene all'arrivo.
Peccato il limite orario del servizio bar e servizio in stanza, per il prezzo pagato dovrebbero rivederlo.

Most beautiful Therme we know
Pros:

Our favourite thermal hotel in Italy is beautifully refurbished. The outdoor pools are simply stunning and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the rooms are quiet.

Pros:

All of it was fantastic. Staff were super helpful. Room was super comfy, bed was amazing. Pool and spa facilities were next level. Dinner was very good. Plus the oasis like feeling of the hot springs really made it a wonderful relaxing stay.
