Pros:

- Although there is no reception and the contact with the owner/staff happened only via Chat (WhatsApp), the owener responded always very fast and convienient. We also had a lot of questions to variuos topics (e.g. Souvenir Shopping) and received a lot of Help Thanks a lot again :)

Cons:

- during our one night stay we had 4 (Mini) cockroaches
- i personally didnt like the dry flowers for decoration, because they collect a lot of dust and I dislike the smell (eucalyptus)
- my husband (1,92m) was to big for the bed
- unfortunatelly no possibility to store luggage before Check-In or after Checkout. We solved the issue via the Service 'Bounce' and found a storage Option in 6min Walking distance
- There is an extra fee for the pool

An easy 10/10! 👌

From smooth check-in to well-maintained interiors, everything spoke of quality and care. The room is so aesthetic and good condition,everything that you need is already here.
Staff was so accommodating from check in to check out and they always reply agad whenever i have question and that gives color the staff and the unit was 10/10🌟 Really love the location it is very near in Mall of asia .Definitely not an average but a SUPERB staycation experience! Suliiiiit!

Highly recommended for families who want comfort & class in one spot.😍 Will definitely book here again.
