Great hotel
Pros:

We stayed on the top floor of the hotel. The room was amazing! Super spacious and well designed. Gives you a perfect view of the firework show. The room was very clean also and the staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The Wifi didn’t work well in the evenings and overnight. The hot water also wasn’t working initially.

Чистый и уютный номер. Отзывчивый персонал. Расположение удобное, в шаговой доступности все основные достопримечательности южной части острова (фуникулёр, шоу салютов, водные экскурсии).

Cons:

В комментариях читала, что бонусом дают билеты на фуникулер, но рано обрадовалась. Комменты были позапрошлогодние.

Fantastic boutique hotel, and exceptinally well priced - highly recommended!

Very well priced, and kind and friendly staff.

Nothing that I can think of, booking was easy, staff were excellent and room was clean and quiet.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

Breakfast is very controlled, with guests required to select what they plan to eat the night before. There is a limited selection of additional items, as well as drinks and juices, which reduces flexibility and choice.

Unfortunately, the lobby had a persistent and unpleasant smell throughout our stay, resembling garbage or another organic odor, which made it uncomfortable to spend time there. I did raise this issue with staff, but unfortunately there was little response or follow-up. This is something that really needs to be addressed.

店員さんが優しくみなさん笑顔で対応してくれました。美味しいフルーツやケーキ、焼きたてのパンの提供ありがとうございました！

Cons:

カビ臭くて相談したらアロマキャンドルや掃除を徹底的にしてくれました。お部屋になんらかのトラブルがあったのかもしれません。21:30の花火は見えます。キスオブビレッジのショーは見えません。バスタブは熱めの湯は最初出てしばらくするとぬるい湯しかでません。近くにエレクトロニックレンタルバイク250k/日、バインミー屋さん、品数の少なめマートは歩いて5分くらい。ケーブルカー乗り場はしばらく歩きます。
