Pros:

Cosy

Cons:

The apartment was with north exposure, without any light and too cold. The pools were overcrowded from the hotel, which according the hotel manager was 100% full for the holidays, for dinner the restaurant refused to serve us due to full capacity.

Прекрасен широк и удобен апартамент, със сенчеста и тиха тераса и директен достъп по алеята до външния басейн и спа центъра на хотела. Като пристигнахме ни очакваше и комплимент от собствениците, което беше мило. Имаше и доста настолни игри за децата

Нямаше бг телевизия или логнат акаунт на смарт телевизора, но все пак успяхме да го включим

If the negative aspects are eliminated and it is made a little cheaper, it could be a very good place to stay.
Pros:

There is an indoor parking lot, the host gave very good guidance on this issue and informed us of the best place for us by message. However, you have no other option but to climb 2-3 flights of stairs from the parking lot to the room (no elevator). The kitchen supplies are sufficient, there is almost everything you need. The room temperature is very good. Although we had small children with us, we had no problems. If it gets cold, there are 2 extra electric radiators that you can use. There are many board games; you can spend time. The indoor and outdoor pools are very good. The sauna is nice. (But, There may not be steam in the steam room).

Cons:

Wi-fi is terrible, pretend it doesn't exist. There was no shower gel, shampoo etc. in the bathroom. We found half-finished shower gel in the cabinet where cleaning products are kept. There was no washing machine or freezer. ( Fortunately, The reception staff were helpful, we left some of our frozen products in the hotel's freezer). The lighting in the living room is bad. The room doesn't get enough sunlight anyway, and the lighting was dim. Since it was at head level, we kept bumping into one of the lighting chandeliers as we got up from the couch, fortunately we finished our stay without any harm to it or us. The room is a bit far from the main hotel building and you have to go up and down a ramp. There was a much cheaper option in the same facility, right next to the main hotel building. Unfortunately, we lost that option until we finalized our vacation date, this place was 50% more expensive than that option.

Charming clean and very nice apartment
Pros:

In the apartment there is everything you need for your perfect stay in Basko. The host is very kind and helpful. We also had access to the SPA center. I really recommend this place!

Perfectly equipped apartment
Pros:

Very comfortable and perfectly equipped apartment within the apartment complex of St. Ivan Rilski. Check-in was quick and easy and communication with the host was very good. Parking spot and access to the SPA area are provided (if you go for the underground parking, choose the last one, i.e. the highest enterance, as otherwise you will have significant distance to walk uphill), whereas the SPA is clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful hosts!!

Please note that apartment is in the basement, so there will not be a lot of natural light, but on the other side it is quite practical when you have to carry heavy luggage.

Cons:

This is one bedroom apartment, and in my view, not suited for 6 people. Six people can fit in into the apartment (there are enough beds), but in such case it feels crowded. It is perfect for a couple, or a family with one or two small kids, but for anything more than that it does not feel that comfortable.

Also, the quality of the WiFi signal is questionable, as we were struggling for more than one time to connect to it, but this is the issue of the resort, and not of the hosts of this particular apartment.

Great place, lovely hosts
Pros:

The apartment was great. Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.
