Very very rude hotel worker
Pros:

The beds were nice and the shower room was nice.

Cons:

First I would like to thank Octavian for his help after a very traumatic experience. I hope he fired the colleage working at this hotel. The level of disrespect and aggression was absolutely unbelievable to witch police were contacted for assistance. The college threatened to charge 400 euro for a faulty lock blaming us for breaking it.

Although we recieved our money back it cannot compensate for the level of stress caused on my family to witch our Cologne experience was totally ruined. Not to mention the medical expenses I have incurred due to an anxiety attack where I was taken to hospital.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren in einem der Zimmern nicht schließbar und die Heizungen in allen Zimmern haben nicht funktioniert. Das war unzumutbar für die Gäste vorallem unter dem Aspekt das es fast minusgrade draußen waren!

Leuk nacht gehad in Keulen, de locatie was netjes maar ver weg en eenzaam gelegen.
Pros:

De kamers waren proper en de bedden oké.

Cons:

Het was heel veer weg van alles. Normaal zou de metro dichtbij zijn, maar het was zeer lang wandelen, door een eenzam industrie terrein.

Pros:

De grote van de kamers

Cons:

Niet schoon. Geen doucheslang, dus je moest de douchekop in de hand houden. Toilet op badkamer trok slecht door en het extra toilet was niet te gebruiken omdat het doorspoelelement er niet in zat en de bril los op de wc lag. In 1 kamer kon het raam niet open, omdat het stuk was. In een andere kamer ging het luik niet naar beneden, maar de gordijnen waren ook niet breed genoeg om de ramen te bedekken. Geen plastic beker in de badkamer. Niet genoeg hangers in de kledingkasten.

Danke für den Aufenthalt bei Ihnen.

Cons:

De gratis parkeerplekken waren niet duidelijk waardoor we n briefje op de ruit kregen geplakt. Ook is het openbaar vervoer niet optimaal geregeld en hebben we uiteindelijk een uber gepakt.
Bij aankomst hoorden we vanuit de kamer ernaast best luide muziek, deze kamer had overigens geen kamernummer. Gelukkig bij terugkomst was deze muziek uit.
