Très bon rapport qualité prix. J’ai séjourné deux fois dans cet appartement, tout était propre et fonctionnel à chaque fois.
L’appartement était très propre et le personnel très gentil.
Bien qu’il soit un peu loin à pied du vieux quartier vous avez des cafés et restaurants délicieux à côté ainsi qu’un mall à 6min à pied !
A very pleasant stay overall. The apartments are new, modern, and in good condition. Everything feels comfortable.
There is an elevator available, which makes the stay very practical and convenient, especially if you have luggage.
The check-in process is mostly automated via WhatsApp, but there is also a person on-site (like a concierge) who is there to welcome you and give you the keys upon arrival.
The area feels like a small Japanese neighborhood, with many Japanese restaurants and plenty of food shops nearby.
It’s located about 10–15 minutes by Grab from the city center, which for me was actually an advantage rather than a downside. It’s a great option if you plan to stay several days in Hanoi and want to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Cleaning service is available daily upon request.
While the apartment is overall clean and better than many places I stayed at in Hanoi and Vietnam, the cleaning could be more thorough, especially in the bathroom.
Also, the property is located in a narrow alley that is not accessible by car, so you may need to walk a short distance with your luggage.

Au calme, bien équipé (conforme aux photos). Le quartier est calme avec de nombreux cafés aux alentours et de quoi se restaurer facilement. Parking abrité et sécurisé pour scooter très pratique. Communication réactive avec le manager 👍🏻. Je recommande notamment pour des séjours un peu long !

I live in Hanoi and stay at different hotels and apartments to experience different parts of the city. This apartment is located in the Japanese area of Hanoi, which has a lot of authentic Japanese restaurants and cafes. The apartment looked like the pictures and it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had a full set of kitchenware.
Nothing really, I enjoyed the apartment and would return.
