We checked the room and facilities out but decided to go elsewhere. We were offered to cancel by hotel after paying half

It looked nice and was clean

Cons:

It is in a very densely populated area which even 3 different taxis could not find. The kitchen and terrace looks like it is actually the family kitchen as there were pots and food on stove.
