ĐÁNH GIÁ 5 SAO CHO DỊCH VỤ PHÒNG NGHỈ TẠI THE COFFEE CITY - HEALING & RETREATS
Mình vừa có dịp trải nghiệm dịch vụ phòng nghỉ tại The Coffee City - Healing & Retreats, và thật sự ấn tượng từ lúc check-in cho đến khi rời đi. Không gian nơi đây đúng nghĩa là một chốn nghỉ dưỡng lý tưởng, yên bình, gần gũi thiên nhiên và rất “chữa lành” đúng như tên gọi.
Phòng ốc: Phòng cực kỳ sạch sẽ, thơm tho, thiết kế tối giản nhưng tinh tế, mang đậm chất nghỉ dưỡng. Giường êm, chăn ga cao cấp, mọi thứ đều chỉn chu đến từng chi tiết nhỏ. Mình đặc biệt thích ban công nhìn ra khu vườn cà phê xanh mát, buổi sáng ngồi nhâm nhi ly cà phê thật sự là một trải nghiệm khó quên.
Dịch vụ: Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp. Mọi yêu cầu đều được đáp ứng nhanh chóng và chu đáo. Mình cảm nhận rõ sự tận tâm trong cách họ chăm sóc khách hàng.
Không gian xung quanh: Yên tĩnh, trong lành, nhiều cây xanh. Có những góc ngồi thiền, đọc sách, đi dạo rất chill. Nếu bạn đang tìm một nơi để “tạm trốn” khỏi nhịp sống đô thị xô bồ thì đây là một lựa chọn không thể tuyệt hơn.
Điểm cộng đặc biệt: Cà phê tại đây ngon xuất sắc, chuẩn vị cà phê Buôn Ma Thuột! Mỗi sáng thức dậy, được thưởng thức một ly cà phê nguyên chất trong không gian mộc mạc như thế này là một điều quá tuyệt vời. Ai đang tìm kiếm một địa điểm nghỉ dưỡng vừa đẹp, vừa yên bình, lại có dịch vụ tận tình thì The Coffee City - Healing & Retreats chắc chắn là nơi bạn nên đến một lần trong đời!
Clean and new
Shower was weak or bad, wifi ridiculous and I was charged for a dirty towel ! Very upsetting !
All furniture and home appliances are carefully selected, high-end brands, high quality, making you feel like being at home, and appreciate the hearted thoughtful of the owner.
In case another room in the same house has guests, staying with children. You will be bothered by their noise. Because living in the same house
The location of the hotel is good and convenient.
The breakfast quality is not good. Lack of variety, and the food is cold. The hotel looked deserted with many rooms not occupied and not well maintained. I also have concerned of the security as the unit. The room was totally blackout on my last night, no light and the torch light is also not working. The main door of the unit was locked and an unknown motorbike park in the house. No television in the room ! The telephone also not working.

Nothing that I liked from the accommodation. It was a scam!!!!
The accommodation had absolutely nothing to do with the pictures. It is in the middle of a ghost building block with none of the facilities that it mentions and appears in the pictures. It was just a small room with a bathtub that was not even anchored to the floor. The breakfast is served in another building (10 min away walking). The reception does not speak proper English and it was difficult to communicate with them. I am quite sure that a lot of the good reviews are just fake.

Very weak water pressure and hot water is not enough hot even when you put maximum hot.
Friendly staff and accommodating to my requests. It's a beautiful property and the breakfast was great. The zen garden and horseback riding was nice during the stay. It has a community kitchen and living area downstairs and the rooms upstairs are all secure and private with a mini bar.
Arrived late after 10pm and it was dark and quiet not a typical hotel check in.
Nice quiet location
Restaurant was terrible despite being rated so highly, makes you question who’s leaving these reviews. The breakfast was awful, there was no breakfast buffet and you had the choice of 4 options and one drink per guest or you pay extra. The waitress serving was noticeably sick and I saw her cleaning the table with the same tissue she was using to wipe her nose. My whole family including a 5 month old baby, then came down with the flu for the remainder of our trip! I can’t say for certain that this was the cause, but it’s highly likely.
Strange place that is surrounded by construction. This is not a real hotel bit a temporary use of space under construnction. Noisy and weird. And our room was a steep two floor walkup.
I expected this to be a resort. But turned out to be a serviced apartment. Fortunately was travelling light. Else would have been a challenge as there is no lift.
Breakfast was very poor. Very limited choice and a la carte.
