Beds were comfy location was good … very clean and tidy
Pros:

The location was good
Having no key just a PIN number on door to get in was great

Cons:

The ocean views are only spots of the ocean through the trees and I think a bigger lounge is needed we could all not sit on it together as a family

Convenient location but given cleaning issues highlighted don’t consider property value for money.
Pros:

The location was good on the seafront. Facilities provided were also considered ok.

Cons:

Apartment was a bit ‘tired’ in appearance. Floors were not particularly clean and a pair of boxer pants had been left under the double bed. Lack of toilet rolls also an issue. Taps and fittings in bathrooms were not very clean.

The location is great, right across from the beach and in the heart of Scarborough. Great to have a parking spot.

Cons:

The place is in need of an upgrade and a spruce up. It’s quite old and there are random items in the property that could go and be replaced with some other items to make the place look a little nicer. Bed was uncomfortable

The staff were incredibly accommodating, great, welcoming messiered, kept in contact via the app, and checked in on us to make sure we're all good, provided us with a welcome, surprise. The location was excellent

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Location, facilities, we had everything at our doorstep. Perfect family stay for a couple, x2 teenagers as well as a 1 year old.
The host Ted is absolutely lovely and responsive to any queries we had. Highly recommend!
