Only book with flex stays facilities if you are desperate
Pros:

Almost nothing.

Cons:

It was a different room in a different location, not that one I actually booked.
Incredibly hard to communicate with staff to solve the issues that caused.
They only answer texts not phone calls.

Good property, but the staff should be responsive against the room's faults and people's enquiries.
Pros:

The location was good. The property quality and comfort were fair for the money, but not good.

Cons:

The staff was quite careless and irresponsible to the people's enquiries. When I arrived the room, I saw the ceiling light was flashing and it must have been replaced. I reached out the property manager. After several contacts and sending the video of the flashing light, they just messaged that they would fix the light. But it never happened until the last day I was in the room. It was quite uncomfortable at nights that I had to enlighten the room by just one desk lamp in the room. So please notify them to be more responsive against their properties' faults.
