Not a great condo at all.
Pros:

We like ENCANTAME as a whole but this condo was not great.

Cons:

The unit was not cleaned properly, the bathroom floors were very dirty, hand prints on the walls & doors splattered with stuff. There are no absolutely no extra amenities in the condo. Very basic. Everything is cheap and it shows. All the others condos we rented at ENCANTAME have been great. This place falls very short. You can tell it’s just for investment and they don’t care much.

Eccept the lil mosquitos at the slide doors condo , was hard to open the slides doors , because the mosquitos?. The food at the coyote , just ok , and need better service ? Maybe more waiters or waitresses

24 hour coffee bar in the lobby. Access to beach houses east and west of the towers.
Pros:

The guard shacks, double covered, and the guard spoke excellent English. I was very confident my vehicle would not be stolen or broken into.

Cons:

We left at 6:30 AM and there was no way to check out, the doors were open, lights on, but no one in the office. That said, this isn't supposed to be a business hotel. But, the one thing I both of us would have really liked at 5:00 AM was a cup of coffee. Many of us have friends, family in private homes both east and west of the hotel. Access to the dune road to their houses and their access to the towers, without having to drive out to the Caborca HWY would be a huge benefit to them recommending the towers for company weekend stays. It's why I stayed there, to see what kind of access I had to my own personal beach house on Playa Encanto.
