Comments on our stay
We had a pleasant stay at your establishment. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the spaciousness of our room, and the excellent work of the housekeeping staff.

Cons:

Breakfast — The buffet is identical every morning throughout the stay. More variety would be greatly appreciated.
Staff — The restaurant and breakfast staff could be more welcoming and friendly towards guests.
WiFi — This is our main concern. The hotel’s network blocks access to numerous websites, making it impossible for business guests to work online during their stay. This issue is specific to your network, as the same websites are fully accessible outside the hotel. Being advised to use a VPN at the reception is not an acceptable solution.
Room allocation — We would suggest grouping families with young children in the same wing, allowing other guests to rest in peace and quiet.

Pros:

The stay was enjoyable overall. The room was large and well-maintained, the spa offered a calm and quiet environment, and the breakfast was decent with a good enough selection

Cons:

Some minor drawbacks. One of the pools was closed until May, which was communicated at booking. The surrounding area was quite noisy in the evenings, and the check-out experience felt unnecessary as I was questioned about towels despite leaving everything as I found it.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable family stay, and we would gladly return on our next visit to Tirana.
Pros:

A beautiful property in a prime location, surrounded by an excellent selection of restaurants and boutique shops, and conveniently just 30 minutes from Tirana Airport. The indoor pool and sauna provide a wonderfully tranquil, spa-like retreat, perfect for unwinding in complete comfort.
The beds and pillows are of outstanding quality, offering a truly restful and indulgent night’s sleep. Breakfast is beautifully presented with an impressive variety of high-quality options.
What truly elevates the experience is the impeccable service- the staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring every detail of the stay feels effortless and refined.

Cons:

The only drawback during our stay was an intermittent issue with the bathroom in room 505, where there was occasionally a noticeable unpleasant odour coming from the drains. It’s unclear whether this is isolated to this room or affects others.
Additionally, access to certain rooms can be slightly inconvenient, with multiple stairs even after using the lifts.
That said, I would like to highlight the exceptional service we received from Eris, who went above and beyond in attempting to accommodate a room change. Unfortunately, due to the hotel being fully booked, this wasn’t possible, and we remained in the same room for the duration of our stay.

Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was still very enjoyable and the property remains a lovely place to stay.

Delightful, and comfortable
Pros:

One of the prettiest hotels in the area, lovely layout inside and out. Breakfast was an absolute feast. Had the Spa to myself a couple of mornings which was bliss. Front desk very attentive and helpful. Cleaning ladies sweet giving me extra water and toilet rolls.

Cons:

As others have said it needs a little updating. My second floor could do with repainting and a new carpet. Watch out for what is complimentary, every item in your mini bar will be charged. Certain water sized bottles also, I asked for decaf coffee for brekky and was charged, as they had to get it from the bar, it wasn't available.
