Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel with seaview, spa, the personnel was king and helpful , 5⭐️ service.
Everything was as expected!
If you are planning a trip to Durres, than Palace Hotel is the best choice.

Le petit déjeuner buffet était excellent et la chambre spacieuse. Hôtel en front de mer. Parking souterrain pratique.

Cons:

Personnel pas toujours très agréable. Nombreux équipements du spa fermés/ en réparation. Une fête avait lieu dans l'hôtel, nous n'avons pas été prévenu lors de la réservation. De ce fait musique avec basses et bruits de talons jusqu'à 23h30. Enfin, produits de salle de bain entamés avec des poils dessus. Donc assez mauvaise expérience pour un hôtel noté 5 étoiles 😅

Fantastic experience from start to finish; just some minor maintenance needed on the WiFi and shower fittings.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The food was great too. Very nice and comfy rooms.

Cons:

The shower had two heads but the big round head would not work as the button would not work. The WiFi hardly worked too, as I needed it for work.

Nice hotel, updates needed
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable!! The gym and pool were nice. Breakfast was tasty. All the employees were kind. The view was incredible.

Cons:

For a 'five star' place there were many updates needed: you could tell there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, saunas weren't hot, lots of rust on the balconies, no free water in the rooms, and no welcome drink. Not many amenities to be considered five star.

Celý hotel je nádherný, čistý, lokalita úplně skvělá. personál až na recepci milý

Cons:

Personál na recepci nepříjemný, pani neodpovídala na dotazy, jen třeba ukázala rukou směr a na pozdraveni ani neodpověděla. Kazi dojem celeho hotelu

okay place with nice people, but would not recomend for this price

Really nice food and good and kind workers

Cons:

plumbing was bad. we ordered double bed but got only two singel beds stucked together. Robes were hard. And of course the biggest disappointment was spa, not the same as on pictures. Broken stuff, one sauna wasn’t working, others were working really bad

L’emplacement directement en face de la mer, l’accueil, le petit déjeuner et la propreté de la chambre

Cons:

Le spa qui n’offre pas tous les services (hamam hors services).
Qualité des soins, massages à revoir.
