Will definitely visit again. Zero Brits make this place perfect holiday destination.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. Zero Brits which added to peace and overall holiday as the place was quite not full of vomiting drunk and shouting Brits. Food was local Albanian, extremely fresh and healthy. Beautifully clean place. Multilingual staff from cleaners to reception. Lots of free parking underground.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect and everyone around us was happy.

הבריכה מצויינת, המסעדה נהדרת, הנקיון ברמה גבוהה

Cons:

החדר למשפחה של ארבעה צפוף מעט. יש מיטה אחת רחבה לשלושה אנשים ועוד מיטת יחיד. האורות בחדר כבו כל הזמן בלי סיבה והחדר היה מעט מרוחק מתוך המלון עצמו.

Bra hotell - manglet mye på å være et godt vertskap til å være 5. stjernes hotell.
Pros:

Bra beliggenhet og bra strand og basseng.
Hyggelige personalet i restauranten og på stranda.
Bra rom med 2 soverom i 5 etg.

Cons:

Veldig sure i resepsjonen. Når man hadde et spørsmål kikket de på deg som du skulle spurt om noe helt idiotisk. Booket spa - det var dyrt og den dårligste massasjen jeg noen gang har fått. Personalet virket helt avskrudd og umotiverte. Til å være 5 stjernes hotell - var det helt tragisk.
Ikke å anbefale behandlinger på hotellet. Mange hyggelig og motiverte personer på andre spa rundt hotellet.

Перша лінія, свій пляж, на пляжі видають окремі рушники, що дуже зручно. Дуже смачні сніданки - на 5 поверсі з видом на море.
Великі просторі номери, в номері все є для проживання. Також в номерах гарна шумоізоляція, не чутно сусідів.
Поряд багато ресторанів і красива набережна. Гарне місце для відпочинку.

Convivialité, bonne nourriture, un spa et une pisicine incroyable
Pros:

Un personnel au petit soin, un accueil extraordinaire, une nourriture excellente + un spa magnifique et une piscine conviviale.

Muito contente com a escolha
Pros:

Localização, sala do pequeno-almoço no rooftop e apartamento muito espaçoso.

Cons:

O apartamento ficava num edifício separado do principal, que só no quinto piso pertencia ao hotel. A escadaria do prédio precisa de recuperação e o elevador só chega ao quarto andar. De qualquer forma não foi problemático mas pode ser complicado para pessoas com dificuldades para subir escadas

Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at the palace hotel. Staff was lovely & friendly. I will definitely recommend
Pros:

The property itself is amazing and beautiful. They have 2 pools indoor and outdoor. Nice sitting area around the outdoor pool. They have private bar area on the beach which is right in front on the property.

Cons:

The only thing that disappointed us was that the bathroom needs little upgrade. The showers were mouldy.
