The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room is a good size and is well laid out - different options for lighting, a fridge, kettle, plenty of counter space, and storage. Water pressure in the bathroom is great and hot water was very hot! Basin is thoughtfully outside the bathroom. The bed is fine - a little hard, but on the softer side for Asian standards!!
There was a very strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway next to my room for the night of my stay - thankfully it didn't enter my room, but if you're sensitive to smoke, it's worth keeping in mind.
Also, even though the listing says sound proofed, you can still hear the sounds of the street including the construction. It is in a quiet area so it wasn't too bad.

The bed was hard and bedding could of been better that’s what I thought let it down in all honesty
It was on the outskirts of town which was nice, not a lot of traffic and not many people, the room was nice and we got to hire moped for a fair price
It was hard to get the right temperature in the shower and the bed was sooo hard and uncomfortable
