Over all is very good and I am happy with my stay.
Pros:

Lot of restaurants near by and room service also available.

Cons:

Still need to improve rooms furniture like side stools, table in hall , micro wave in kitchen etc.

It is really worth for the money to stay. Very near to the temple and homely atmosphere accommodation, Very clean and comfortable stay. Large rooms (apartment) and comfortable. Enjoyed. Staff very co operative.

Superb accomodation at Shirdi
Pros:

One room in the apartment was with a/c & another without a/c which allowed us to have choice as my son wants a/c & my daughter doesn't.
They showed a nice gesture by providing an electric kettle and coffee & tea packets and also some goodies to enjoy. That was nice
The rooms & beds were super clean & comfortable.
The only challenge was that the hot water for bathing was not available when we wanted to go for darshan early. That has to be taken care of.
Every other thing is superb.
The premise is at a walkable distance from the temple as well.
