Awesome
Pros:

They are very good in protecting the welfare of the customers. We are given 1 hours extra to checkout due to our unexpectedly punctured tyre and make our entire trip late by an hour. Kevin the good samaritans here, please book Onyx Hotel they have exceptional customer service and support.

A place for those who really need to rest after a long day of work.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the service of all employees. They are well trained and treat guests very respectfully. The place is also very quiet, without noise, which favors a good rest. I find it very close to the workplace too.

Cons:

EI liked it in general. The accommodations, the service, the breakfast, the dinner, everything worked well. I currently have nothing against the facility or any of the attendants. It was a good experience.

Breakfast place is nice. good bright view to start a day afresh.
Staffs are responsive.
nice quiet place.

Cons:

Wifi wasn't good, basically connection is poor and speed is slow/ not connected.
Wine or whiskey addition into the menu for room service.
