Great location, great views over the river, located at the quiet end of the river away from busy crowds and noise, convenient boating taxi service up the river, great pool, great food options at hotel, free push bikes available to explore neighbourhood or access markets along river bank.

This was a fabulous venue. The staff were absolutely lovely and the facilities and dining were great. We will happily return

Beautiful property and helpful staff!

Amazingly friendly staff, the hotel design and rooms were lovely. Also loaning the bicycles to ride to the central markets made transport around the area very easy, cheap and fun. The massages are the best we have had in Vietnam.

The property was beautiful and quiet. The staff were very accommodating even messaging before our stay to see if we needed and transport or excursions booked. Bikes available to use and ride to old town. Wish we would’ve stayed longer

The best hotel we have stayed in so far. The most professional friendly service in all areas of the hotel. A very caring welcoming environment. Beautiful clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Close to everything and free bike hire. Would absolutely recommend to stay here and would definitely stay again. 🙏🙏

Lovely and clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic experience at their spa, which had a couples room.

The hotel is about a 30 min walk along the river from the old town. You can take one of their free bikes.

We booked the My Song sanctuary tour at the hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Wonderful riverside property with outstanding service! A team of service-oriented people is ready to assist with all aspects including transport to and from the hotel. There is a free boat to the night market each evening. Free bicycles for day use. A short ride to the center of town allows you to stay in peace and quiet while still enjoying all that Hoi An has to offer. Wonderful bedding and comfortable rooms with many amenities. Courtyard pool and delicious and varied breakfast buffet. I’d come back in a heartbeat!!

This place is amazing! If I could give an additional 100 stars, I would. The best part of the stay would be the super friendly and patient staff. They are so accommodating and always willing to help. There was never a time where I felt that I was pressured to do anything or that I felt that they were trying to earn a commission. They truly look out for you. We used their bikes (for free) to ride all over on multiple days. This place is so wonderful that we can’t wait to return.

Quiet end of town - but easily walkable to all the attractions. Super friendly and accommodating host.

The Hosts were exceptional. Food served was delicious and plentiful at breakfast. Very accommodating and found large taxi to Da Nang airport for very good price. Room was clean, bed comfortable.

Nice quiet location on river but 25-30 mins walk into town. Rooms are spacious but could be cleaner. Water overflow in shower flooded the bathroom. Property not fully recovered from Covid impact. Staff friendly

Top of the line of the service. Khanh & Chau (owners) went all the way out of their limbs to make our stay so pleasant. Lam, the chef, treated us with the top cuisine skills. Their great efforts can only be found in a Five-Star resort. Definitely Pearl River hotel is highly recommended. We'll stay there every time we visit Hoi An. Excellent.

We stayed for 3 weeks , and our stay was perfect, the rooms are clean , the bedding is nice as well as the beds comfortable, the breakfast is excellent,when they had a the buffet, but they tried to serve us , the one downside there is only 1 person in the hotel that speaks English, so can be very frustrating when Jess is not around, the pool is always in the shade , it’s very nice but if you are trying to tan go to the beach , great stay ,

Our family had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist is very enthusiastic when we check in at hotel provides trams to take us to the ancient town of Hoi An, the hotel security staff is very fast nimble and enthusiastic service, recommend this hotel to everyone when coming to Hoi An

We had a wonderful stay at Pearl River, friendly and helpful staff. Great serve your self breakfast We stayed a full week and it went by so fast.
