The perfect place to relax
Pros:

This resort is everything we were wanting and more! After traveling, this was the perfect place to relax and decompress. The wellness & spa facilities were so nice and the room was spacious.

Lage mit Matterhorn Blick.
Schöne Einrichtungen.
Ruhe, da nicht mitten in der Fussgängerzone

Cons:

Es ist ein internationaler Ort, mit vielen ausländischen Gästen, darum fehlt die Charme der Walliser ein wenig.

We loved our stay at alpen resort. The staff are very friendly. The resort is really nice as well. Zermatt was so great, we didn’t want to leave!!

Cons:

It’s a little detached from the city centre but it’s just a short walk away really. I don’t think it’s a negative, really

Review of my short stay at Aspen resort
Pros:

The indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi was the best facilities in this resort but one of the water fall wasn't working unfortunately.

Cons:

The room didn't have any air-conditioning and the room was very stuffy and warm during the month of may.

這次入住馬特洪峰全景雙人房，可以在房間拍黃金日出，超讚。飯店整體環境優美、設備齊全，有Spa、健身房和桑拿房。另外，房間內部寬敞舒適、房鋪舒服，有陽台，可拍攝馬特洪峰，早餐好吃。

Would absolutely book again with no hesitation
Pros:

The property and rooms were beautiful. Spa was too notch! Balcony and view of Matterhorn was chefs kiss. Breakfast was amazing with mimosas included. Helpful with luggage storage! Staff was amazing. Highly recommend 10/10
