OK place to stay. Don't eat at hotel.
Pros:

Well run hotel. Friendly, helpful desk staff.

Cons:

Restaurant was over-priced an abyssmal food. I order a beef tartare that came in a bone serving piece that was surrounded by rock salt that unavaoidably came in contact with the beef. Good news, it will likely be years before I will order beef tartare again. No 'croutes', no condiments, just a small amount of over-salty chopped beef.

Pros:

The spa facilities were incredible - exactly how you want to spend your afternoons after an active morning. The staff can collect / drop you off at the train station, and the communication via WhatsApp was very convenient.

The attic room makes us very uncomfortable

The hotel is overall clean

Cons:

The attitude for the lady at the front desk when we checked in is very bad. When we asked if there are labels for luggage’s stored in the storage room, she got very upset. Another case when we asked if there is high floor room available for view, they put us to the attic!!! It is not a regular room for all four of us. The side of ceiling is so low, my husband bumped his head 3 times. We paid so much high price for the room we looked at the booking, but turned out it was an attic. They should let us know in advance! The breakfast is standard.

飯店算離車站很近，剛好不在主街上，所以很有放鬆的感覺。

Great location and good view
Pros:

It is located on a different side of Zermatt town - quieter but still within walking distance to the train station. There was a play room that came in handy when the weather was too hot to explore outside and we didn’t have our swimwear for the spa.

We could see the Matterhorn very clearly from our room! Awesome!

Cons:

I was not able to call for the hotel shuttle when I reached since I had to call an international number, and the construction outside the hotel made it difficult for us to initial find the place and push our luggages on foot there.
