A cozy yet refined hotel with fantastic staff, a great spa, and stunning views of the Matterhorn.
Pros:

The outdoor hot tub with views of the Matterhorn was a highlight, and the basement pool and spa were perfect after a long day on the slopes. The spa itself was excellent, with a dry sauna, wet sauna, hot tub, and multiple relaxation areas — all very clean and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of space to unwind. Our room was spacious, quiet, and offered an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a very good variety, and we also loved the afternoon tea in the lobby, which was a relaxing way to end the ski day. Above all, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and were truly one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel strikes a great balance between cozy comfort and a contemporary, well-designed spa.

Cons:

The room ran a bit warm at night in January, and it wasn’t clear how to fine-tune the temperature without opening a window or door, which made it swing from too warm to too cold.
