Pros:

Everything was exceptional. From the breakfast, to the views of the Matterhorn from our room, to the amenities all around the resort, to the room itself. It truly felt like an oasis. I doubt I’ll ever stay in a hotel as nice as this again in my lifetime!

L'hôtel est vraiment charment et le personnel est super! Le spa est très agréable et contient plusieurs espaces différenciés. Il y a des espaces dédiés aux enfants (aussi au spa) qu'ils ont beaucoup apprécié.

Szép tiszta szállás, kedves személyzettel
Pros:

Szép szálloda kedves személyzettel. Korábban érkeztünk, a bőröndünket beadhattuk tárolásra. A kilátás szuper volt a Matterhornra. Távozáskor kivittek minket a csomagokkal a vasútállomásra. Összességében szerettük.

Cons:

A vacsoránál elég későre kérdezték meg az itolakat is már, az ételekre meg valamiért több mint egy órát kellett várnunk, holott az utánunk érkezők már megkaptak mindent időben(ugyanazt az ételt amit mi is választottunk). A pincér aranyos volt, többször jött oda szólni, hogy készül. Utána egyszerre vagy 3 pincér megérkezett az előételekkel és főételekkel egyszerre. Választanunk kellett melyiket hagyjuk kihülni....ez nagyon kellemetlen volt.

Instalaciones cómodas, personal muy acogedor.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable. Buscan resolver todas las peticiones. El desayuno es variado y de productos frescos que reponen constantemente. Un buen detalle el servicio de té por la tarde. Las habitaciones son grandes.b

Cons:

Poder controlar la temperatura de la habitación. Estaba demasiado caliente. El baño no tiene un sistema de extracción de aire efectivo por lo que tuvimos que abrir las puertas del balcón para que saliera el vapor.
Y que no había personal en las áreas húmedas para ayudarte ni resolver dudas. Nadie estaba controlando el acceso ni la conducta de los huéspedes. Había niños brincando y gritando en la alberca y gente sin traje de baño.

A wonderful bucket list memory.
Pros:

Had a wonderful room with a view of the Matterhorn. The Breakfast each morning was delicious with a large selection. We loved utilizing the spa, it was the perfect place to stay.

Pros:

駅までお迎えにきてもらえるのは大きなスーツケースを持っての移動としてはとても良かったが、荷物がなければ駅から歩いても苦にならない近さ。
ホテルは綺麗でスパも最高！
朝食も美味しく、着いた日はフロントでお茶とケーキも頂けた。
スタッフの皆さんも優しく、部屋からはマッターホルンが見え最高な滞在だった。
