Gorgeous views, good facilities, including indoor SPA and jacuzzi outside, tasty breakfast, pet friendly policy
The receptionist Anna was nice but too busy to help us at the very beginning. Unfortunately there was a construction place on the hotel territory, and one of the old hotel buildings was closed, so it took a while to find a right entrance and the noice was quite loud.
Personnel multilingue et très utile pour les conseils. Mille mercis.
La composition du petit-déjeuner était parfaite : très varié et très bon. Mais n'attend-on pas ceci d'un restaurant d'hôtel 4* ?
Toutefois, le personnel du restaurant doit être formé à la haute qualité de la hôtellerie suisse :
- le personnel ne doit pas être entendu par les clients : là, on discutait d'un bout à l'autre de la salle, "amore ci, amore là... Quand un produis était fini, on appelait à l'autre par delà la tête des clients pour le ré-assortiment. Et à propos de réassortiment, au lieu de papoter à 3 dans un coin, il serait mieux de regarder constamment si quelque chose manque.
From the moment we walked in the door the reception was incredible. Cosy fireplace, wooden interior and the hotel smelt very nice. Our room was very spacious with balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. The absolute highlight was the pool/wellness area which is so worth it, especially after days of going up mountains, train trips etc. Never felt so invigorated. We will be coming back some time in the future for sure!
Nothing really to mention other than some nearby construction which is not really the hotel's fault
The spa facility and the location was just perfect. My room had a balcony with the view of Matterhorn which was just amazing
