Pros:

O ski Room deste hotel é perfeito, a cama é muito confortável, o SPA sempre entrega uma experiência maravilhosa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, tem várias opções.

Cons:

Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhorados, talvez fornecer mais de uma opção, a única opção que se tem não é regular para todos, ideal que existissem em tamanhos diferentes.

To jeden z najlepszych hoteli w jakich kiedykolwiek byłem!
Pros:

Fantastyczny, duży pokój z widokiem na Matterhorn. Wygodne i duże łóżka. Smaczne śniadanie. Bezpłatny odbiór i transport na pociąg. W pokoju jest zarówno prysznic, jak i wanna. Wspaniały widok z balkonu, na którym można odpocząć po całym dniu. Fantastyczna obsługa - spełnili wszystkie moje prośby (wymiana pościeli, wymiana szlafroków, lód do drinków itp). Do tego wspaniałe SPA, na którym znajduje się basen, balia na dworze, jacuzzi w środku, onsen oraz sauny. Każdego dnia wieczorem można się świetnie zrelaksować w ciepłej wodzie, na plus również godziny otwarcia SPA - jest czynne do 22.

Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, cocooning, on s'y sent bien. L'entrée principale est accueillante tout comme le personnel. La chambre était belle, grande et confortable avec une jolie terrasse avec vue sur le Cervin. L'emplacement était top également et le personnel très sympa. On a aussi adoré le SPA.

It has everything that you need, great staff and all the facilities pool spa are included

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the rail station, which makes arrival and departure fairly easy. However, it’s important to note that this is the only shuttle provided.

There is no ski shuttle to the slopes, which can be inconvenient given the hotel’s distance from the ski area.

If you’re planning a ski trip, this is something to consider. Without a dedicated ski shuttle, getting to the lifts can require extra planning, whether that means relying on local buses, taxis, or driving. After a long day on the slopes, the lack of direct transport back to the hotel is definitely noticeable.

Pros:

Nice spa area. Service from reception staff is great. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The spa can get a bit crowded. And I wished they would use natural essential oils instead of synthetic scents in the sauna
