It's nice and quiet as it is not in the middle of town.
The beds were nice and soft.

The place really needs a good clean!
The shower doesn't ( there was one but it's been removed as the hinges were still intact) have a door so the whole bathroom floor is wet after a shower. This is a 4 star accommodation but it really is a 2 star. The breakfast is barely memorable.
Lucky we were there only 2 nights.
Super comfy beds, with a great bathtub to enjoy in the Junior Suite. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was reasonable too and there was a good variety of food available.
The hot water ran out fairly quickly, but for the bathtub if you wait for 10 minutes you can get hot water again.
Dirty. Floors dirty. Walls dirty. Towels dirty. Bed dirty. Sink water brown. Cockroach. Tiny bugs in bed.
This is the dirtiest hotel room we’ve experienced during our seven weeks of travelling around Vietnam. The walls had massive stains with stuff I’d rather not know the nature of and the floor was taped together in several places.
Upon arrival, we realised that the beds were smaller than described in the booking. This was a major issue as we had planned for our kids to stay in one of the rooms. The staff at reception insisted that the bed dimensions were consistent with the booking details, despite the fact that the actual dimensions were smaller than those stated in my booking.
Furthermore, the bathroom smelled terrible. We initially thought it was due to the open waste bin, but the smell persisted even after it was emptied. Breakfast was included in the room fee, but it might as well not have been. Regardless of what time we arrived at the buffet, there was a general lack of food. One morning, the only options were a few dry pieces of toast and store-bought cake, served straight out of the plastic bag

Kind staff. We got well supported finding an alternative accommodation. Happily having a native speaker.
The Hotel is rated as a 4 star accommodation. In reality it’s realistically a 2 star. We refused to stay. Conversation in English is difficult.

Spanie na materacach w zasadzie na podłodze mimo podwyższenia które niczego nie zmieniało. Tak jakby druga podłoga wyżej. Ciężko było wstawać. Czystość też pozostawiała dużo do życzenia. Żadnych sklepów w okolicy.
