Phòng ốc chưa ổn lắm, không đầy đủ, buffet sáng hơi lâu, chán, vị ăn cũng ổn, đường vô ks hơi dốc

Pros:

The location of this hotel was pretty good. We had to rent a bike but I think you’d need to for anywhere you stay in da lat unless you book tours or want to get Grabs the whole time. The staff was nice and helpful and we liked that the room had a fridge

Cons:

There were a few things that we didn’t necessarily enjoy and wish we read more reviews about this..
There is no hot water
The rooms are very very small
You can hear everything. The walls are the furthest thing from sound proof
The breakfast isn’t what we expected.. but honestly still good. They had fruits out and they make you pho and eggs if you want.

The reception team didn’t really interact with us

Cons:

We left our luggage but it was left unattended in reception. Husband was worried anyone could have taken it as it was locked away or labelled

Вежливый персонал, помогли с зарядкой телефона, дали вилки, высокий уровень английского

Cons:

Далеко от центра, и местность с подъемами и спусками. Ни разу не центр города, очень холодно в номере, на окнах водах (роса) изнутри, холодные кровати. В номере отсутствует отопление, нет кондиционера, нечем греться. Не работала практически столовая, аргумент: у нас мало гостей, нет смысла готовить. был только кофе бананы хлеб и не самые вкусные жареные яйца и огурцы с помидорами.

Pros:

Đây là lần đầu tiên mình cảm thấy kỳ nghỉ trọn vẹn hơn bao giờ hết, phần vì chuyến đi có nhiều kỷ niệm đẹp, phần vì mình book được khách sạn rất ưng ý. Vừa bước vào sảnh là mùi hương tinh dầu rất dễ chịu xung quanh sảnh có rất nhiều cây cối xanh mát. Nhân viên niềm nở và rất nhiệt tình, bạn lễ tân Nhung lễ phép nhỏ nhẹ và chu đáo, làm thủ tục rất nhanh và còn giới thiệu nhiều dịch vụ , tặng thêm voucher các địa điểm đi tham quan.
Mình rất thích view phòng mình ở, cực chill luôn. Mình sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn cho người quen và bạn bè đến trải nghiệm!

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ và thoáng mát. Phòng ngủ thơm, giường thì cực kỳ êm ái. View siêu chill luôn! Nhân viên lễ tân cũng rất dễ thương và chu đáo, đặc biệt là Thanh, Nhung, Trinh các bạn ấy siêu đáng yêu, tư vấn cho mình rất nhiều dịch vụ và khu vui chơi ở Đà Lạt. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

Pros:

Mỗi lần đến Đà Lạt mình đều chọn ở Nature, và đây đã là lần thứ 3 rồi. Mọi thứ vẫn rất tuyệt vời như những lần trước. Không gian ở đây nhẹ nhàng, nhiều cây xanh nên cảm giác rất dễ chịu và thư giãn. Phòng thì sạch sẽ, thơm tho, giường ngủ êm ái. Điều mình ấn tượng nhất là thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên: các bạn dọn phòng rất lịch sự, luôn chào hỏi khi gặp khách. Đặc biệt là bạn lễ tân tên Nhung vô cùng dễ thương và tận tâm, mình cần gì bạn cũng hỗ trợ rất nhanh chóng và chu đáo.
Chắc chắn những lần sau đến Đà Lạt mình vẫn sẽ chọn Nature.

Cons:

Khách sạn nằm giữa con dốc, mặt tiền rất hẹp, khó đậu xe hơi. Khách sạn còn có 1 hầm để đậu xe hơi nhưng đường xuống cực kì hẹp và dốc. Khi xe hơi chạy xuống dốc để vào hầm đậu xe rồi thì ko có quay đầu được. Muốn lên lại thì phải cài số xe lên dốc rất nguy hiểm. Cuối cùng khách sạn hướng dẫn đậu xe tại quán bò tơ cách đó tầm 500m. Rất bất tiện cho mỗi lần chở gia đình + đồ đạc. =>> Khách sạn ko phù hợp dành cho các khách gia đình đi xe hơi.

Would recommend for people on very limited budget
Pros:

Very little, the mattress was comfortable

Cons:

The rooms are extremely small, the showers are cold and the bathroom extremely small. The breakfast was shocking, very little choice. Staff spoke limited English and the breakfast staff had none.

Gebucht für 3 Leute. Es gab aber sogar nach Nachfrage kein weiteres Kopfkissen oder 1 weitere Decke. Somit hatte nicht jeder Gast 1 eignes Kissen.
