Sadly, the accommodation didn’t match our expectations. 4 star rating is inappropriate.
Pros:

Kind staff. We got well supported finding an alternative accommodation. Happily having a native speaker.

Cons:

The Hotel is rated as a 4 star accommodation. In reality it’s realistically a 2 star. We refused to stay. Conversation in English is difficult.

Więcej minusów niż plusów.
Pros:

Miły personel. Śniadania były dobre.

Cons:

Spanie na materacach w zasadzie na podłodze mimo podwyższenia które niczego nie zmieniało. Tak jakby druga podłoga wyżej. Ciężko było wstawać. Czystość też pozostawiała dużo do życzenia. Żadnych sklepów w okolicy.

Pros:

The location of this hotel was pretty good. We had to rent a bike but I think you’d need to for anywhere you stay in da lat unless you book tours or want to get Grabs the whole time. The staff was nice and helpful and we liked that the room had a fridge

Cons:

There were a few things that we didn’t necessarily enjoy and wish we read more reviews about this..
There is no hot water
The rooms are very very small
You can hear everything. The walls are the furthest thing from sound proof
The breakfast isn’t what we expected.. but honestly still good. They had fruits out and they make you pho and eggs if you want.

We left our luggage but it was left unattended in reception. Husband was worried anyone could have taken it as it was locked away or labelled

Вежливый персонал, помогли с зарядкой телефона, дали вилки, высокий уровень английского

Cons:

Далеко от центра, и местность с подъемами и спусками. Ни разу не центр города, очень холодно в номере, на окнах водах (роса) изнутри, холодные кровати. В номере отсутствует отопление, нет кондиционера, нечем греться. Не работала практически столовая, аргумент: у нас мало гостей, нет смысла готовить. был только кофе бананы хлеб и не самые вкусные жареные яйца и огурцы с помидорами.
