The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor tub was nice. The outside area was nicely arranged and kept. The spas were nice. The coffee was good.
The shampoo and body wash was not very good and there was no conditioner. There was no reception to get room cleaned or fresh towels/linens.
The hot tubs were fine.
The room smelled really bad, with air fresheners that were noxious. The room had a tawdry look, with a ceramic sculpture of two pigs having sex. Even if you are into a romantic vibe, this was gross. Additionally, this place has no staff on hand to greet you--everything is done by text. Just from a safety standpoint, this is not good.
Had an amazing time..every space was layed out perfectly by the owners and kept up neatly by the staff very clean and comfortable atmosphere can't wait to go back
All the tubs and pool are mineral waters and the rub in our own patio was the caje!! Also got a couples massage and the girls were also amazing!
Property was well kept, and comfortable. Pools were cleaned daily as were all common areas.
There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.
This was my second time at this location and resort in I love it the first time I came it was with a smaller group but the second time we brought back enough people to take over the resort and it was an amazingly good time!
That it is so far away from home for me other than that there were no issues no problems.
Just amazing
Nothing
Nice and relaxing place with nice mineral water in the pool and tubs. I received quick responses when I contacted management.
More awnings to create shade would be nice, especially at the unit entrances. The keypad gets so hot, you can barely touch it.
One single guy that was there during our stay was a little bit creepy.
The lighting in the room is too bright. Could use a couple of bedside lamps with incandescent bulbs.
There was no breakfast, only coffee.
If I had wanted to watch something on the tv, there were no options.
The property was really relaxing. I like how it had many games around to play. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing.
I didn’t like how our shower drain in room 11 smelled like.
It was such a great stay. We will be back again.
The hotel was excellent, very small, super chill vibe. You could totally free to just be yourself, do whatever you wanted. I would totally return to this property, and I really enjoyed it. The only things I'll mention aren't really negatives, but just information stuff: I was there in early February, the weather was great some days, a bit chilly and windy on others. When the weather is chilly and windy, the temp of the hot springs pool can be a touch cool. But as soon as the weather warmed up, the temp of the springs improved noticeably. You also need to plan for your food ahead of time. If you have a car, no problem, there's a grocery store about 1.5 miles down the hill. If no car, you need to think about bringing your food, although great food prep facilities at the hotel once you have your food. Lastly, obviously nothing the hotel can do about where the hot springs are located, but the neighborhood is kinda sketchy. There are one or two restaurants a short walk up the hill. Walking around the neighborhood in daylight is fine, but the few times I walked around at night, I was pretty on-guard. But that's all just informational stuff. The hotel was awesome, and I had a great time.
