Pros:

Один из самых лучших мест, где мы останавливались. Очень все чисто, в комнате все есть, персонал очень приятный и отзывчивый. Отвечали на все наши вопросы и сообщения в любое время. Персонал всегда доступен на стойке регистрации в любое время. Отдельное спасибо Саргису, которые нам очень помог, мы забыли важный документ и улетели, он нам помог организовать его доставку!

Проживанием в отеле довольна, номер комфортный. Поселилась бы здесь снова.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, вежливый и приветливый персонал. Комфортные кровати, в номере есть всё нужное. Отлично работает кондиционер, не шумит (можно спокойно спать с кондиционером). Нет шума с улицы, так как отель расположен во дворике.

Cons:

В номере очень хорошо слышно, как люди ночью ходят по коридору и хлопают дверьми. Может мешать спать людям с чувствительным сном.
Снимала номер на 3 ночи, за это время ни разу не провели уборку и не поменяли полотенца.

Отель расположен в самом центре Еревана, в шаговой доступности от Площади Республики. Отель располагается во дворе жилого дома.

Cons:

Об уборке номера нужно просить на ресепшене. Так как отель располагается во дворе жилого дома, то часть комнат, в том числе с панорамными окнами, будет смотреть на окна жилого дома.

Чистота, несмотря на расположение в центре было очень тихо

Cons:

Хотелось бы,чтобы летом в наличии были тонкие одеяла: может быть такая погода,что укрываться пододеяльником холодно, а просто одеялом - жарко
Но это все решаемо, а сам отель был замечательный!!

Pros:

Замечательный отель. Чувствуешь себя здесь желанным гостем. И даже, может быть, как дома. Снимали семейный номер с большим панорамным окном , с видом на уютный ереванский дворик. Много времени проводили на терассе отеля: пили кофе, общались, ужинали (рядом с отелем много закусочных и магазинчиков). Покупали там все необходимое. Завтракали, пили кофе тоже на терассе. Посуду брали у ребят. Гуляли по городу и с удовольствием возвращались в отель. Благодарим за теплый прием! Рекомендуем.

Хорошо было бы добавить опцию "Завтрак".

Спасибо большое персоналу за размещение в номер , очень приветливые , видно что чисто , приехала с ребенком после долгой дороги , разместили раньше времени заезда , чтоб отдохнуть смогли.
