Pros:

Nice and cozy acommodation in the Old city, close to the Republic square. Friendly and helpful staff. Groceries, cafes and restaurants are nearby. Room was big enough, clean and with comfy beds.

Hotel in zona centralissima, molto pulito e con personale molto gentile. Ci hanno aiutato a trovare un taxi per Dilijian ad un ottimo prezzo e dato informazioni su tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno a Yerevan.

Очень удобное расположение, отель тихий во дворе, чистый светлый номер, прекрасного качества бельё, матрасы, одеяла и подушки, спать очень комфортно, удобное заселение в любое время суток, тапочки, гель и шампунь, в номере холодильник, шкаф, все как на фото, не хватало крючков для верхней одежды при входе в номер, в отель вернулась бы но в другой номер

Наш номер был на 1 этаже прямо сразу после входа в отель, поэтому в одну из ночей нас разбудили прибывшие туристы, об нашу дверь ребенок уронил чемодан(

Чистый номер

Cons:

The receptionist initially helped us with our luggage, but then behaved rudely. The reception staff was smoking and drinking in the next room, and the smoke was coming through the exhaust vent into our room, making it impossible to ventilate. The air conditioning and hair dryer weren't working, the shower completely flooded the floor, and the mattress was extremely hard. We strongly advise against a ground-floor room; there's no soundproofing. The reception staff talk loudly during the day, and at night, they watch videos without headphones.
